“The customer service was excellent. The employees were very attentive to customers, observing if anyone required assistance. There was a wide selection of items available, and the aisles were clean and easily navigable. The parking lot is ample with plenty of parking spots. I enjoy getting my pets items from Petsmart because they always have awsome deals and rewards.”

“Had a stray dog with no name tag walk up to our door. Not knowing what to do, I took her to this local shop seeking advice. The young man there was extremely helpful with figuring out where to go to see if she has an ID chip, calling places to check they're open. He even provided some food in case she was hungry. Very grateful for his help, with which the owner and dog were reunited.”

“Dr Meijia and the medical assistant who brought us in were both very kind, professional and knew exactly how to treat our puppy! We’ve gone to other vets where they wouldn’t even lay hands on him and would just be on the computer the whole time. Dr Mejia was very hands on with Ozzy and listened to our every concern. She made sure she understood everything clearly, asking all kinds of follow up questions. Ozzy is very anxious in new settings but Dr Mejia and her assistant both did a great job at making Ozzy feel safe and comfortable. Thank you guys for seeing us a Saturday afternoon, even with how busy it was, they made us feel welcomed and made Ozzy feel better. Thank you!”
“My dog trainer recommended this place and first I thought she had to recommend this place because she does her dog training here. That is so far from the truth. My dog trainer has complete knowledge of pet nutrition and has helped my dog for about 6 months in turning around my dogs health for the better. I do not trust anyone else but my dog trainer, Max.
Max assured me that I would get the same 5 star treatment from the employees at Big Al’s. She was not wrong….the staff at Big Al’s are amazing. I told them Max is my dog trainer and she told me to get a few items for class and to try out some new food and they were able to get what I needed without having to go find it.
My usual pet store that I use to go to sucks, shelves are always empty, I always have to check back every week to see if what I need arrives. Big Al’s…..you walk in and BAM…..they have what you need. Another big plus is I can order and item if they don’t carry it. My pet store won’t order shit, they can’t even order what they usually carry. I have the best for my dog at one location….My dog trainer Max and my new go to pet store Big Al’s at one location. I’m looking to attending group class with my dog and then after I can go shop for my dog at a fully stocked store. Thank you”
“This place is top tier when it comes to customer service. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by one of the staff working the front register. The selection is huge so I am sure you will find your specific pet needs. I also love that they sell prescribed dog food since my dog is diabetic he can only eat specific food. Not many locations carry prescribed food and also require a doctor's referral. The employees are very knowledgeable and are super friendly if you need any help. They do offer grooming services but I've never used them so I can't say to much about that. You're also allowed bring your pet inside to do your shopping. Overall the prices are competitive, yes you might pay a few extra bucks here but I honestly believe its worth it for the overall experience the employees provide. There is always enough parking so thats not an issue. It's also handicap accessible. Overall great experience highly recommend.”

“We love Denise! I cant say enough good things about this place! She is not just my dogs groomer, she's like my dog's doctor, too. She truly knows how to keep dogs healthy and always gives me the best advice on caring for my dogs. My dogs always look amazing and stylish after each visit!
On top of that, she also sells fresh organic eggs and honey - absolutely delicious!
Its rare to fund someone who cares this much about animals and their owners. Denise also has so many treats for dogs.

“We have been taking our aging dog to this Vetco for about 2 years, and specifically seeing Dr Chang. She's the best veterinary doctor we've met in a long time. She takes all the time necessary for us to understand our dog's care, and her love for her profession and for her patients shows. The staff here has always shown the same level of caring.”
“We have been taking our dog here for the past 13 years or so. They are very professional, do a great job, and most importantly, my dog has never come home with ticks, fleas, etc. which I had experienced at other groom shops before. Recommend to anyone looking for a groomer in the area”
“I visited this Petco because I recently got a new dog. One of the workers helped me through out the process. There are a lot of options in this store, but she made sure to walk me through the products. She did a great job at explaining the differences. The store is organized, clean, and welcoming. The animals looked healthy and happy. The experience overall was very pleasant. I do plan on coming back to this location for my future shopping.
My only complaint is about the girl that works at the area where they bathe the dogs. She was doing unsanitary behaviors at the computer desk. I don’t want to specifically say what I saw, but I just hope they disinfected the area after. Bad hygiene all around.”
