“I brought few dresses to LA story that I do not wear for different reasons and wanted to update them and make them wearable. I wore one of them to a wedding and it was a great success, another will wear to a fancy event next week. So, instead of taking a space in my closet, I finally got to put them to a good use. “This Establishment is off the chain Awesome! What makes this a one of a kind Record Store is the guys who run it, Anthony and Steve! Their knowledge of Music and Records/media is second to none! I thoroughly enjoy listening to their British accents as they explain why things in the Business are the way they are and Factoids about Artists that I didn't know. By far this is the coolest Record Shop I've ever been in.
I bought 2 albums, 1) The White Album with the Title Rocky Racoon misspelled on the label and an unopened version of Simon and Garfunkel Greatest Hits 1st Pressing! I'll be back if they'll have me!”

“Great staff! Ryan and Kaiden were very knowledgeable and friendly. I initially came in just to pick up some Hookup Baits, but ended up asking quite a few questions about different reels and rods. “I love this store. The employees are all so friendly and helpful. During the pandemic they were so good about delivering products to your home. I love that they give you samples of products. I've made so many purchases from those samples. LOL -They have an awesome Rewards program as well. This is my go to beauty supply store. They always have stock and provide for all my needs. I never had luck with other beauty supply stores. More times then not they were never stocked with product. I saved myself the stress years ago and since then ERA is the only store I frequent. It's just so easy and no stress Such a great store. I'm hooked on ERA!!”
“Love this store!! I was visiting from San Francisco, shopping around with my mom, when we walked by. It immediately caught my eye! It was refreshing to see a store like this at the mall. The owner was so nice and we had a lovely conversation. The prices are really good, and the quality of the clothing feels high. I love my new tie dye jumpsuit!!!”
“I stopped by this Kohl's over the weekend to check out their Christmas decorations and just the store in general. I was already in the plaza and was waiting for another place nearby to open so I came to Kohl's to just browse. This store is just one floor but is spacious inside. The Christmas decorations are already on the entrance near the checkout station and the a Christmas trees are there too.
The mens clothing is on the right side of the store, Sephora is in the middle and the women clothing are on the left side. The shoes, house stuff, toys, Amazon returns are all toward the back.”
“I stopped by this Spender store when I was in Valencia mall with my wife. She went shopping at the other stores so I came into this Spencer store to look at their shirts. When I walked inside, a worker greeted me and told me their deal of buy one and get one half off on the shirts. They had some cool shirts on display and other stuff but nothing stood out to me where I brought something. There wasn't a lot of other guest in the store so I believe it was just me.”

“This location is usually a 5/5 for me because of the great service and awesome products! My visit a few days ago was going well until it was time to checkout. My cashier's name was Salma. She was not very fiendly, so her attitude was surprising. She was short and impatient with me when I asked her about my hot cash coupon. In the past, the cashiers have taken their time to double-check if the hot cash on file is the same as the one I get in my e-mail. I still love this store, but was disappointed by this interaction.”

“I came in to pick up an online order and was greeted by friendly staff. I let them know the order was a gift and they offered to wrap in a cute gift bag and make it fluffy. I had a nice exchange with the employee who went above and beyond with her customer service. Highly recommend this store. It was a nice change from VS.”

“I should've posted this review a long time ago; however, time seems to get in the way. About a year ago or so, I came to Steve to help create a new volleyball jersey for a student who had passed away from Golden Valley High School. All the Senior boys received their jerseys in a frame as a graduation gift. Sadly, we couldn't get the student's jersey, so I went to Steve to duplicate his jersey so we could still frame it for his Mom. Steve was very kind and helpful in such a difficult situation. At the end of it all, he didn't even charge us. We've done a few other things with Steve, and he's always been helpful, creative and patient. I highly recommend his company.”

“Ross has always been one of those clothing stores that if you have the time to search you'll find some great, name brand pieces. I ended up having to return a pair of jeans, because I didn't like the fit. The return process was easy and my debit card was refunded within minutes of leaving the store. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is, because I found myself picking up clothing that had fallen onto the floor and hanging them up over and over throughout the store. It would really make the store stand out and look clean and organized if their wasn't so many items just left on the floor. Makes it seem like the store is dirty and no one really cares.”

“Great prices on new items from kitchen and bath to clothes and makeup. I am usually a thrift shop shopping kind of girl, mostly because of the prices and unique funds. However I was happily surprised when I stumbled upon DD’s discount store! I thought it was a thrift store but it’s actually a store similar to Burlington or Ross, but IMO with more options and better prices. I was looking specifically for something to put in my shower to hold all those bottles. I did find it, and also walked out with new sheets, window curtains and a cute tank top all very affordable!”
“Shout out to Rob! The guy is amazing. He is there Wednesdays and Fridays. He was able to help me buy my first pair of boots. We found one I was comfortable in that look stylish enough for business attire. So glad I came in, despite no Black Friday offers.”
