“The young lady in the office of Avis Stockton was very helpful when we arrived to exchange our electric car (picked up from Avis in San Francisco) for a gas-powered motor. The electric car was very nice but we had problems trying to charge it at public charging points. We got a Kia Soul in exchange, which was fine.
