“Our leather set was shot, no support left and cat damage. They are back to original, if not better. What a gentleman. Took him 6 at a time. Very expensive set. That is why we invested in redoing. Replacement is too expensive.”
“Purchased a Silkroad sink vanity online a few years ago. It was packed very well for a safe delivery. The vanity is still very nice and strudy; way better built than what I saw at my local Home Depot/Lowes. Just needed to seal the countertop and it has been great for our daily use. Will buy again for my next bathroom remodeling.”

“What an amazing place. It was clean and had a variety of couches at great price, unfortunately too big for my small apartment. However, the couches were beautiful and Jesse was amazing! He went out of his was to measure the couch I liked to see if it would fit. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back when I move to a bigger place.”

“Emmitt helped us pick my husband and I’s new couches out. She was so amazing and helped me weigh the pros and cons(for our family/dogs/cleaning them) to each couch we were interested in. I will absolutely never go anywhere else. We had the option to take the floor model or order and have delivered 48 hours later. We chose the floor model. The staff helped load after wrapping them so they didn’t get damaged while transporting them. Biggest perk is the pricing is great and they are a local, family owned business. We won’t be shopping for our home anywhere else in the future. I highly recommend!”
“Castillo's furniture based off Wilson Way at the flea market in Stockton Ca. This is the only Furniture Store I will ever be doing business with :-) I bought the most amazing recliner from them three years ago and I'm getting ready to order the matching reclining loveseat. Jamie is the one who has helped me there,he goes Above & Beyond!! Amazing customer service!!! They have the same furniture as the expensive furniture stores sell except they offer much lower prices and don't price gouge you! A helpful hint would be to go to the area furniture stores scope out what you like and then order it from Castillo's catalog. The only downfall, but I didn't mind having to do that, I'm sure it's how their able to keep their Price is down. If I could give them more stars I absolutely would! “I do not recommend. Terrible customer service. Doesn't stand behind their furniture. Very smiley when they want your money. Furniture fell apart within 6 months, didn't help, said they would but didn't. Go to Michelle's Furniture and Matress on Pacific Avenue and Douglas, great people and fabulous furniture that they stand behind.”
“Royal Furniture is a very nice clean place the main man in charge is always very polite and respectful if for any reason you have a problems with furniture they make sure they fix it for you there GOAL is to make you happy and sale quality furniture at a good price so much respec. I've purchased Furniture from them over the years and I've always been satisfied. I just recently purchased some more furniture so I only give them four stars until I get my furniture and inspected it's been a little over a year since about anything else so I want to make sure it stays they stay Royal and loyal to the customers.”

“How much can I declare the total AWESOMENESS of Duane Guillory and the delivery team at Mancini's World, Stockton? Not nearly enough!!! AND I would give Mancini's more than FIVE STARS if I could. I was so overwhelmed with buying a new mattress and bedframe that I literally put it off for two years. I didn't want to go into a store. I have had too many poor experiences with mattress stores in the past and was dreading the thought of it, but knew I had to do it. I saw an ad for Mancini's on tv, took a deep breath and called the closest store, Stockton, and was immediately treated like royalty by Mr. Duane Guillory. He took all the time I needed to help me choose the BEST mattress for my needs and ordered the perfect platform bedframe I wanted! From beginning to end, Duane kept me updated on delivery of both, and then checked to make sure both were received, and that I was totally happy. He made that job his sole responsibility!! The delivery teams were professional, kind and oh so speedy!!! They were in and out in no time and left nothing behind!! I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT hesitate to reach out to Mancini's in Stockton, Duane Guillory in particular.
