I told him I’ve never had a brand new bed and he pointed me to the one I was interested in & He talked me through the process and made me feel welcomed the entire time. He has great customer service I will definitely be recommending him and this store to my family and friends!!”

“We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean the store was. Olivia greeted us at the door and directed us to the area we could see the reclining couches we were shopping for. She stayed close enough that if we needed her she was there, but wasn't hovering. After finding the couch set we wanted, Olivia wrote it up quickly and we were on our way on no time. Very excited for our delivery in a couple days!”

“We had two arm chairs in our family that are over 50 years old. They are solid wood and steel, but unfortunately, in very bad condition. It’s really hard to find furniture that is this solid these days so we decided to keep them and have them reupholstered and cleaned. Freddi Alverson was open and honest about the length of time it would take to repair the chairs, but also offered a very honest price. He was honest enough to recommend, possibly just replacing the chairs, but we explained that the chairs had value that was not tangible. Excellent craftsmanship and worth the time effort and money. I highly recommend”
“I stopped by only to get a rough idea about motorized beds, but the repersentive was very knowledgeable and practiced great Customer Service Skills.
I'm not quite ready to pay a lot of money for an air mattress on steroids. That's a lot just for an air mattress.

“What an amazing place. It was clean and had a variety of couches at great price, unfortunately too big for my small apartment. However, the couches were beautiful and Jesse was amazing! He went out of his was to measure the couch I liked to see if it would fit. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back when I move to a bigger place.”

“Customer service is great. All the inventory is neatly setup and I appreciated that it was not overly cluttered. Inventory varies but they have a little bit of everything; so everyone in your party will surely find something they like. Some furniture is new, other is used but the price signs inform you exactly what you are buying. Inspect items thoroughly as I learned that the hard way with a side table I purchased. Seems like the previously used items usually have some defect and I didn't notice until I was unloading at home. Other than that, I love this place.”

“I do not recommend. Terrible customer service. Doesn't stand behind their furniture. Very smiley when they want your money. Furniture fell apart within 6 months, didn't help, said they would but didn't. Go to Michelle's Furniture and Matress on Pacific Avenue and Douglas, great people and fabulous furniture that they stand behind.”
“Emmitt helped us pick my husband and I’s new couches out. She was so amazing and helped me weigh the pros and cons(for our family/dogs/cleaning them) to each couch we were interested in. I will absolutely never go anywhere else. We had the option to take the floor model or order and have delivered 48 hours later. We chose the floor model. The staff helped load after wrapping them so they didn’t get damaged while transporting them. Biggest perk is the pricing is great and they are a local, family owned business. We won’t be shopping for our home anywhere else in the future. I highly recommend!”

“Purchased a Silkroad sink vanity online a few years ago. It was packed very well for a safe delivery. The vanity is still very nice and strudy; way better built than what I saw at my local Home Depot/Lowes. Just needed to seal the countertop and it has been great for our daily use. Will buy again for my next bathroom remodeling.”
“Castillo's furniture based off Wilson Way at the flea market in Stockton Ca. This is the only Furniture Store I will ever be doing business with :-) I bought the most amazing recliner from them three years ago and I'm getting ready to order the matching reclining loveseat. Jamie is the one who has helped me there,he goes Above & Beyond!! Amazing customer service!!! They have the same furniture as the expensive furniture stores sell except they offer much lower prices and don't price gouge you! A helpful hint would be to go to the area furniture stores scope out what you like and then order it from Castillo's catalog. The only downfall, but I didn't mind having to do that, I'm sure it's how their able to keep their Price is down. If I could give them more stars I absolutely would! “Royal Furniture is a very nice clean place the main man in charge is always very polite and respectful if for any reason you have a problems with furniture they make sure they fix it for you there GOAL is to make you happy and sale quality furniture at a good price so much respec. I've purchased Furniture from them over the years and I've always been satisfied. I just recently purchased some more furniture so I only give them four stars until I get my furniture and inspected it's been a little over a year since about anything else so I want to make sure it stays they stay Royal and loyal to the customers.”
“My Wife & I bought a Sofa set here... We absolutely love them. Extremely great quality for an amazing price... My Wife was able to pick her own fabrics for the couches as well as the firmness. They're constantly stocking on new items with affordable things to buy from . I love shopping here to buy my vitamins, skincare and perfume. The only downfall would be to add more cash registers , they usually have 1/3 people working their . Other than that, I truly don't mind this store. This store is amazing !”
