“I recently took my 04 Dodge Durango in to get diagnosed and repaired. Check engine light came on shortly after the car started running rough and having a strong fuel smell. I thought it was the end for the Durango. The vehicle honestly had been having problems for a few years now. Considering the age and how many road trips we’ve gone on, I didn’t know if it would be worth fixing or able to be diagnosed and fixed in general. For a few years now, the car has been shaking when I went through car washes/raining and I’ve had three sets of brakes fail on me. I’ve had numerous other mechanics ignore my concerns. When I’ve asked others why my brakes keep failing it was told that whoever did them must’ve did the brakes wrong. And the check engine light would’ve came on if there was an issue with my car sucking in water. I was recommended here by my boyfriend who has trusted Leroy for years to work on his vehicles. He said if anybody can figure it out, it would be Leroy or one of his employees. And he wasn’t wrong.
Curtis was the one that ended up diagnosing and working on my vehicle. He took the time to listen to the concerns that I had about my car. He figured out that everything was kind of tied together. My brakes did not keep failing because they were done wrong. Something with my throttle valve was stuck open (sorry he can explain it way better than me, car stuff is not my strong suit?) . I wasn’t able to break properly because fuel was still powering the engine. That’s why the car shook when it was raining/carwashes. He was able to find a few more issues with my car that I wasn’t aware of, that if it wasn’t fixed right away would have been the end of my car.
I feel like if I would’ve taken the car anywhere else I wouldn’t have been able to figure out what was wrong with it or get it repaired. I feel like I was given a fair price and was diagnosed repaired and returned in a timely manner.

“I've taken a couple manual transmissions here and they have come back perfect. He doesn't sell you what you don't need either, he is honest about what the issue with the transmission is. If it needs a gear, he will tell you but if the gears are still good, he will let you know. Great shop!”

“We had blown out two tires (our dual tires) on our motorhome on the highway and had it towed to Brannons. After a stressful night, we couldn’t have had a better experience with this shop. They were able to get us in first thing in the morning and promptly got us two new tires so we were back on the road in no time. Their customer service was great and I found the cost for the tires and labor extremely reasonable. It is unnerving to take a vehicle to new shops in unknown locations to us so I was incredibly grateful for this shop taking good care of us and our motorhome!”
