Drove across town to get here. On the door they have it posted that they close at 6pm. When I got here at 5:51 they had already locked the door and put up the closed sign. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I get off of work late and this is the closest one to me that is open late.

This location lacks integrity and honesty. The old, ashy blonde woman has slim to 0 customer service skills. I’d take my business elsewhere.

Literally the worst store...not just UPS...but worst store I have ever done business with.
Go down the street at the other UPS by trader joes ..they are amazing!!!!
