“My father passed away, and I was the beneficiary on his account. My husband and I went into this branch to close his account. We met with Client Relationship Consultant Perjuhi Ouzounian. She was amazing! She was very friendly and guided us through the process. I had my dad's death certificate, but I forgot to bring my mom's death certificate. So we had to come back. We made an appointment for the following Friday at 1pm. We met with her again. She and was very nice, efficient and professional.”

“I had to go into this bank the other day because the woman I work for who is within days of dying from cancer, was convinced by a scammer on the telephone that he would lose his job if she didnt grant him computer access and then go to her bank to make a transaction. Im a caregiver and she was a lifelong nun- and truly believed she needed to put on a business suit to go to her bank and do some sort of transfer. I'd driven her to the bank so I knew which branch she used. The younger woman at the window (beautiful young lady of color with a really cute apple watch and lovely manicured nails) LISTENED to me and took notes as I explained that shortly - a cancer patient would hobble into the bank with an unusual request of some sort. I was giving my boss privacy so I didnt know the depth or details and she was "terrified" to share any details about why she needed to go to the bank BUT that she must find her nicest business suit to wear there. My boss repeated " I Cant tell anyone, I cant even tell YOU why I need to go to the bank" The teller allowed me to leave the woman's name and she took my name and number and I felt SO RELIEVED to be taken seriously about what was happening. The teller empathically LISTENED. She took notes and let me know she'd look out. When I went to teh parking lot, a woman said she overheard me and told that the "Best Buy/Geek Squad Scam" was a big one right now and she begged me to call my bosses family. I did end up calling her brother (a lawyer) and she never went to the bank and she froze her accounts. BUT I still think that the bank teller deserves a HUGE thank you because she cared, and she listened and she was professional and amazing. Wells Fargo please acknowledge this amazing employee.”

If I could have tipped him, I would, so I hope if there are company people that review these, that he receives a service award! I reached out to several WF locations, and not only was he one of the few people who actually answered the phone, but he provided an immediate solution to my issue. And even though I live over and down the hill in the Miracle Mile area, I will be sure that any future in person banking I do, will only be with Omar at the Studio City location. I will not go into the ugly details of how others did not help and how I was appalled that more WF locations did not offer any viable solutions in light of the pandemic, since I am celebrating a simply act of professional and person touch. Great Job, OMAR...may you be running Wells Fargo one day!”

The teller helping me was also banker so based on Bashar Kanounji, I altered and opened new account to receive interest income. I wish I had met him years ago because I have been losing money by not having the right account!!! He is truly caring and knowledgeable in his field. “I've always used credit unions and a client recommended this one to me. It's the same people there, and they have always made me feel comfortable. No one hovering, no one telling me I can't have my money or giving me a hard time. Ive been to other banks that tried to deny me my money. Quick to take it and sign you up for a account, then you can't take out what you want. It's a little ridiculous. Happy this ain't that. I only give 4 stars because the car insurance they hooked me up with ain't SHIT. Their customer service is unwanted and they don't need that kind of job. If they can't answer basic questions and not be flip flops. The teller and the black guy. Sorry idk your names. Are great also Toni from the other location.”

“I have banked with the major banks but never in 45+ years as a customer have I ever been treated as a human being. The Studio City branch manager, Carol Gagnon goes beyond her call of duty to make sure everything is correct and working properly. I had a difficult transition with corporate, trust and money market accounts but Carol beautifully integrated the problems behind the scenes and gave me amazing personal attention. I interviewed four new banks in early April before deciding to give Comerica Studio City my accounts. I know I will be there a long time. Carol needs to be acknowledged and now I know why she has been there 15 years! She cares and she gets the job done without the cold, robotic corporate b.s. No bank is perfect, it's the people; most people are cold and impersonal. Not here at this branch. I feel very lucky to have found them.”

“The best BOFA branch I’ve ever been. Everybody is helpful and very efficient. No wait time because they are all attentive to their client’s needs. I left the bank with a big smile on my face.Before coming to this office, I was at Sherman Oak’s branch. The teller told me to wait and none of them even bothered to see me after waiting for more than 30 minutes, so I left. BTW, it was not a busy day at all.”
