Let me just say, this was one of the most pleasent and professional interactions I had at the bank in a very long time. Daniel was very courteous, attentive, approachble and didnt hesistate to answer any questions I had when asked about auto loans or any other questions I had for him. The way he provided his services to me felt like I was talking to one of my own family memebers and the respect between myself as a customer and the sales rep was unmatched. I would highly recommend anyone to approach Daniel on their vist to the bank. If you want the upmost respect and best customer service, hes your man. “Tight parking lot and SHEESH, we bottomed out. Other than that, props to Citibank for ANSWERING their phone! We were on the phone w/ Bank of America, trying to get a human on the phone to talk to us about opening a business account. After frustration with them, we tried our local Citibank branch and viola! Someone answered, answered all of our questions, and set up an appointment for us to come later that day. They were patient and helpful, and sent us on our way with our own business account. Yee-haw!”

“Bank is your average boa bank. What bugs me is the parking lot. Armenians bought half the lot so their mothers wives sisters cousins brothers uncles and all the BMW rolls Royce mercedes benz teslas are parked there (many times double parked) taking up valuable space just so they can smoke and hang out in the back of their store fronts.But I'm not supposed to talk bad about them. Because they went thru stuff, you know.”

We were closing an account. I know COVID F -up everything, but we had an appointment set for 2 weeks. Anyway manager brought someone to help us, he was in a training meeting we were told.. ! Right thing to do, and Mario was very helpful. Mario took care of everything we needed to get done. We closed an account, yet he still was very personable, professional, unlike the the guy next to him!!! Thank you Mario and the manager at that time for doing the job correctly and professional in a tuff environment and times. The guy who called our appointment and walked away,,,,,, is the reason we left Wells Fargo, I'm giving credit were it's due!”

“I come here frequently to use the atm and it's very pleasant. The few times that I have gone inside to speak with a Teller have been just fine too. However I make sure that I dont come to the Bank on Mondays and Fridays because those days get very busy here. Maybe the bad reviews are from those days. The only reason I can't give this five stars is because sometimes in the parking lot I see homeless walking around which makes me feel nervous while visiting a bank. They need better security outside.”

“A Branch Worth VisitingIt feels so good to walk into a branch of a huge financial institution and get treated like you matter, despite not having the size account that some branches equate with how much you should matter.This Bank of America location is like a breath of fresh air. I was surprised when I realized that Steven Lindorojas, the branch manager, was the one to come out and speak to me during a recent visit here. I had asked to speak to a banker because of a deposit issue I had after visiting the bank the previous day.He listened carefully, was interested, engaged, explained several things really well, and deftly handled the issue for me, giving me great relief!It’s not just that he solved my problem; it’s the manner in which he engaged with me. He exudes professionalism, but he presented a humble, down to earth, empathetic quality that was much appreciatedAnd Steven isn’t the only reason for my 5-star review of this branch because as mentioned, I had visited the bank the previous day. For all of a couple of seconds, their power went offline. The manner in which several bank associates attended to the customers waiting for service was really noteworthy. They spoke to each of us in such a personable manner to explain what was happening and how long we might have to wait, which luckily wasn’t long at all.I think what I’m trying to say, is that unlike many bank branches I’ve visited, at this BofA I felt seen, heard and appreciated for being a customer. I would drive out of my way to return to this location if I needed assistance with something.Hopefully my review will be one of many that shines a light on management style that appeals to the average customer.I saw a lot of bad reviews for this location, but I can only speak for how I experienced my two visits here. It always comes down to who a customer interacts with at any business, large or small.I thank Steven Lindorojas and his staff for my very pleasant experiences visiting their branch. I think Steven is a perfect example of how to do it right, and he apparently sets a good example.”
