“This honestly might be one of the best T-Mobile service locations in LA! I had lost my SIM card and wanted to replace it while keeping the old number. Other places asked for a 6-digit PIN which I didn't have. Jeremy is super experienced and suggested that it might be a 4-digit PIN instead, because I've had the old card for over 5 years and he remembered that the PINs were shorter then. This was the only thing that got it to work and I have access to my account again.. shout out to Jeremy and the team for their patience and excellent service on a late Friday night, while working multiple customers simultaneously!”
