“I came into this branch with a urgent need to be corrected with my account. I coordinated with my personal banker(Jeffrey Merino) and Sonia M. Lopez. Sonia was given two hours to set an appointment with me and get up to speed on the situation. When I arrived with my client, on a time crunch, she was already on top of it and in less than 30 min (mostly due to phone customer service being slow) it was resolved. This branch had me worried this would not be done in a timely and professional manner, but I am happy to say Sonia Lopez handled it with utmost professionalism and speed.
