“I stopped by this Chase bank yesterday to deposit some checks. I never been inside this bank but seen it a bunch of time when I go to the plaza this branch is in. I found parking easily since I came in the early morning but if you come in the afternoon then it can vary because there are a lot of other stores in the plaza. They have like three outdoor ATM but I never use the outdoor ATM just due to safety reasons. I went inside the bank and use the ATM inside there to deposit my checks. The process was simple and easy.”

They are always friendly, attentive and ensure you are satisfied before you bank and or leave.
I have never seen another BOA manager that works in the customer facing area, usually managers are behind the glass.
That is an absolutely wonderful thing and I appreciate his management style, BOA should as well.
