“I had a fantastic experience at this post office while renewing my daughter’s passport. The entire process was fast, professional, and handled with care. Roel helped us, and he was excellent—kind, efficient, and clearly experienced.
We had a 2:00 PM appointment, arrived exactly on time, and were completely done by 2:12 PM—that even included taking my daughter’s passport photo! We were also able to do the money order on the spot, which made things super convenient.
I highly recommend this location for any passport or post office needs. Just make sure to schedule an appointment—it's absolutely worth it. Also, I recommend filling out the passport application online and printing it out ahead of time to speed things up even more. Great service all around!”
“Usually I've had similar experiences as many have posted of drivers being negligent in actually attempting to deliver their packages and just overall difficult time receiving the customer care one expects from such a well known shipper. With that said I had a very pleasant and positive from an employee his name is lamar. I'm not sure what exactly his position was at this location but he definitely went above and beyond to make sure that my question and concerns were taken care of and complelty put me at ease with the certainty that make package would be placed aside and ready for me when I show up......best service I've had with fed ex ......p.s give that man a raise ?”
“I've been using Yellow (YRC) Freight in Sun Valley, CA. for a couple of years now and admittedly the split hours for drop-off - morning and afternoon shifts - threw me. However, I soon realized this is a great schedule! It allows me plenty of time during the day to get my shipment ready because I have from 4 pm to midnight to get it to the depot. I used to use OOPS Freight, but they sold their freight to another company, and OMG what a pain they are to deal with. I much prefer the folks at Yellow . . . the office staff is nice and the forklift operators are great. So without hesitation, I give Yellow (YRC) Freight Five Stars. Mike Ryan, Pres.
