“Very nice & clean location. Cars are washed on site and cleaned out for every renter right before pickup. I just had to rent while my car was being repaired. The day of my appointment, the only car left was pretty big for just me and it was a Friday. They told me to take it for the weekend, come Monday they’d have a fresh inventory and can switch me out. They kept their promise and that Monday switched me to a more comfortable car for the remainder of my repair. I was in and out in ten minutes. Every staff member I engaged with was kind and very friendly. Thank you!”
“Customer services are nice and the cars are clean and in great condition. My problem was with the $100.00 holding deposit that was supposed to get back to my account as soon as I returned the car, and after almost a week, I am still waiting.”

“I had an accident and my insurance included a rental, they sent me to my nearest Enterprise which was in Lankershim, North Hollywood. They picked me up at the autoshop and the process was fast and smooth. The team friendly and efficient. 100% recommended.”
“I got into a car accident and needed a rental. Luis was helpful over the phone and when I picked the car up explaining the deposit and what type of cards they take. Apparently some credit cards with a chip don't have a magnetic strip and I learned this when I tried to rent from Enterprise in Studio City. But they were rude and didn't explain what the issue was and turned me away. Hertz was also cheaper with a deposit that was half the price as Enterprise's. When I dropped the car off Steven helped me with an issue that's too boring to explain but he was also pretty helpful. If you live within a 3-4 miles radius Hertz will also call a ride-share to pick you up. These two guys run this location basically on their own, I think Steven even cleans the cars sometimes. The two of them were more efficient and knowledgable of the rates and rules than the 8 people at the Studio City Enterprise. I will definitely come back to the Toluca Lake location next time I need a rental.”

“This.is a response to Ms. Estrada’s review below. In response to your review, I am sorry you felt this way, but I respectfully disagree with your statement.
When you first walked into our office the car you ordered was not available, so I offered you a free upgrade from the economy car you ordered to an SUV. I gave you a full tank of gas with a contract that gave you unlimited miles.
You immediately walked back into the office, claiming that the gas tank wasn’t full and that there was a ticking noise when you started the ignition. All of our cars are serviced regularly but I always give customers the benefit of the doubt.
I came out with you right away, checked and showed you the gas tank, which was indeed filled to capacity. Then I started the ignition myself, and upon not hearing any “ticking” noise, even upon acceleration, I further opened the hood with you standing there with me, and checked within the engine for any abnormal noises. I couldn’t find any. Nonetheless, I offered you a different SUV, and at that point, you refused to take any car and advised me you wanted to cancel the reservation and contract.
I’m not sure I understand your issue with stated mileage, as your contract gives you unlimited miles.
We went back into the office, and I was able to cancel your rental agreement, which immediately initiated the return of your deposit. However, I did explain that since you made the reservation and prepaid for the car through the corporate website, the only way to get a refund for your reservation is to call the Reservation Center. I don’t have any way of issuing you a refund for a prepaid reservation at our branch office in Studio City.
As for the look of our office, this is the first time I’ve received an actual complaint. Yes, it’s a small office and could use some touching up, but we try to keep costs and overhead low to give you, the customer, better pricing.
Again I apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered. At no time was I unfriendly to you, but I can't argue with your opinion. I did everything I could to help you out at the time. I have been doing this a very long time. I take a lot of pride in my work and I wish a lot of things were easier for customers in the car rental industry.”
