“Love that there is a mailbox nearby that will accept USPS, Fedex and UPS packages (even if we don't have a box there). But what makes this place special is the team that works there. Friendly, professional, and sincere employees. They genuinely like having our business. Lots of packaging supplies if you run out or don't have the right size for your shipment. If I needed a mailbox, I'd use them for sure. Place is safe and there's always parking (even a loading parking space right in front). It's right next to the Beachwood cafe and market - so easy in and out. They have no problem letting me know when I call if the mail has been picked up -- which helps a lot!”
“Central Pak & Mail is hands down one of the best mailing/shipping centers in Burbank. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable — they always take the time to make sure packages are packed right and sent the best way possible. They offer a variety of services beyond just shipping, which makes it really convenient for errands.
The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Prices are fair, and I’ve always had a smooth, quick experience here. It’s so much easier than dealing with the big post office, and the customer service feels way more personal.

“The owner of this location is amazing. I went to Universal Studios for Mother’s Day and unfortunately left my keys in the hotel. The hotel was supposed to drop my keys off at the store and ended up not doing so or informing me. Being that I had already paid for a label and was missing work I was frantically searching for ways to get my package to the store. In the last attempt I asked if a worker could pick it up and Ryan went out of his way during rush hour for them to ensure my package made it before the next day air truck arrived. My package is on its way and I won’t have to miss another day at work. As a fellow UPS store employee for a San Jose, Ca location it is refreshing to see such great customer service and willingness to help someone in need. I would give them 100 stars if I could. “If you have any notary business Guillermo is the staff member to go to ,he is very fast and efficient and knows what he’s looking for and that every time I have came to get something notarized, I’ve had no idea what to do for the process, but he guided me through it very easily and quickly I’ve only ever notarized things for legal reasons so I had no idea what I was doing but still was able to get all of the process done correctly and informed that all the things that I had notarized were notarized correctly, and I was able to move on with whatever proceedings I needed to do”

“This place is great!
It's more than just mailboxes, shipping and receiving. The service provided related to mailboxes includes taking in packages from big shippers like u p s and fedex and holding those packages for you to pick up. This is really convenient If you don't want your packages stolen from your porch, or if you're on vacation and can't get to your packages for a short time, this is a great option. There are different mailboxes, and each costs a different amount but that gets you all of the things I described above.
Besides, mailboxes the proprietor also has a golf simulator to try out, clubs sold here.
That's not all.
There's t shirts, sports memorabilia, and a beauty kiosk set up in the corner for men and women that is an entirely different business.
This business has been open for years and the gentlemen that runs it is friendly and extremely helpful.

“I had a not very good cold this week & I just so happen to have a show next week where I will need to sing that I booked quite a long time in advance. On Wednesday, my voice was SUPER deep & not even close to being 100% back to normal. I was texting a friend of mine about what I was experiencing & she recommended to me this place. I have heard of it & I was like “Wow! A place that sells products that are specific to vocal health! Amazing”
And luckily, my mom & dad usually ride their bikes every Wednesday around the Toluca Lake area (where this place is) I just happened to be there on Wednesday of this week, so they brought home a product my friend strongly recommended (Gargle Away) I tried it. After the first night of me trying it, I didn’t feel a huge difference the morning after trying it for the first time, but once the afternoon rolled around, I could feel my voice getting a lot less deeper & I could feel it coming back, and now it’s almost back to a 100%
I did it again last night (on Thursday), and now it’s Friday & my voice is almost back to a 100% and it’s on the same trajectory of getting back to normal as it was yesterday (on Thursday) after the first night of me trying out Gargle Away (which was two nights ago on Wednesday)
If your a singer and you live in LA, and you have a show coming up & you all of a sudden get hit with a cold virus, no matter how worse it is, and even if it isn’t too bad, and especially it’s REALLY bad (like you completely loose your voice, soar throat, the whole nine yards). Do not walk but RUN to this place ASAP to this place before your show. They will fix you up & get your voice sounding back to normal REALLY quickly. I can promise you that. I cannot recommend this place enough. Plus the people who work there are super nice & helpful & very understanding of different symptoms you may have as a singer when you get hit with a virus & they know EXACTLY what products to recommend for your specific symptoms & they definitely have what you need to get you back on track!
This is one of the reasons why I’m thankful to be in LA. You have little gems like this that just make your life a lot easier as a performer out here.
