“My experience with Active Auto body was a wonderful experience. My Audi had been badly damaged on the driver side and I wasn’t sure if they would be able to handle these kind of repairs. After a detailed conversation with Joe they were totally confident they could make my car even better than before.

Upon arriving to pick my car up I was amazed to see the level of work that had been done. The car looked even better than before. Maybe it was their detailing and polish? Maybe it was their detailing and polish on thee wheels and the inside as well?? It was all of it. They went above and beyond to make this process and the end product were excellent. A truly great experience for a first timer in this situation.

How? by being nearby my house +, by being friendly, responsive, welcoming and accommodating (did not have to wait long to get my car into the shop and into the repairs)++, they have an app that tracks the progress of your car and when it is expected to finish AND they call you with actual humans to also give you updates along the way +++ then they deliver back to you as promised and its washed and waxed and shiney ++++ thanks to all who helped, I hope I never have to bring my car in but in the case that I do, I know its in great hands with Caliber.”

We had done everything we could ourselves to clean it up already, including using baking soda and washing the mats, but there was still enough smell that it bothered my family. After talking to the nice folks here and getting the interior detailed, the car was literally LIKE NEW. My wife has a very sensitive nose, and she was ecstatic with the results. “I had a great experience with B2 Perfection Body Shop. My Tesla had front-end damage, and I told them upfront that my main priority was getting it functional again. I wasn’t looking for a perfect cosmetic repair and wanted the most cost-effective option. They really listened and worked with what I actually wanted instead of trying to upsell me.

They initially gave me a very reasonable estimate to get everything back in place and working again. Later, they let me know one of the lights needed to be replaced because otherwise water could get in and cause problems over time. I appreciated that they explained that clearly and fixed it the right way. Even with that additional repair, the final price was still much lower than the other estimates I got.

The work itself was also very professional. The car ended up looking better than I expected, and they even cleaned the interior for me, which was a really nice touch. It honestly felt like I was getting a new car back.

On top of that, the turnaround was fast. I found them on Monday, they ordered the light, it arrived a few days later, and I had my car back by Friday. I was really impressed by their honesty, speed, pricing, and quality of work. I’d definitely recommend them, especially if you need someone who will listen to your priorities and give you practical, honest advice.”
