“Very happy with the service provided. The estimator did a thorough job and returned my car in great shape. Pricing was transparent, too. My only small complaint is that after receiving the estimation, I didn't hear back from B2 Perfection for around a month -- even though it was estimated that parts would arrive and work would begin within 2 weeks. Delays happen, but it would have been nice to get a text message update just acknowledging the delay. I actually thought my case was somehow lost because when I called to follow up, it took them a while to find my estimate (because it was from Tesla insurance). But once we got past this hiccup, I have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism of Victor (my estimator) and the rest of the team. Thanks for the nice work!”

They have done body work on a Tesla and Audi for me and I've had zero complaints! And I'm picky. They worked seamlessly with my insurance provider on each occasion (State Farm) and the work was always done by the date requested.”

“I will be very honest with this review and I hope it helps. My insurance company recommended Golden West Collision Center after an accident with my car. I was able to get in the same day of the accident to have my car looked over and get an estimate for the cost to fix it. At my initial visit the staff was friendly and helpful, all went smooth. A few days later I got the update that my car would take approximately 2 weeks to fix. Now this is where is gets a little disappointing. When I went to pick up the car, I could clearly see the bumper was not aligned properly.There was a gap on the side where the repair was to be done. I pointed this out to Andres, who noticed as well. I left my car so that they could fix this, thinking I would get it back the next day. This was not the case. A few days later I went back and there was still a gap and then I noticed the paint in the area that was fixed was not correct as it had more of a yellow tint in it vs my white plus there was over spray on the hood and doors. Again they kept the car to fix these two issues. The third time I went back the gap was still not fixed. At this point after several attempts at fixing my car, to be honest I was done. That is when the owner, Joe McKenna, contacted me wanting to make things right. He was able to get the insurance to authorize the actual manufacturers bumper for my car and make things right. After 4 weeks, I was finally able to pick up my car and it looks amazing. Joe and the whole team at Golden West Collision Center were great and I am thankful for all the hard work that team put into getting my car back to normal. It was definitely a longer process than I anticipated and yes there were bumps in the road but they did come through in the end. For this I am very appreciative.”

“I understand that Christina is new, and she won't know everything, but she just seemed to not be trained enough to answer questions. I'm sure she'll end up being a good salesperson (there's lots of potential with her), but she just doesn't have enough information yet. Prices kept changing based on things she didn't understand. Charges kept getting added. The process took longer than it should have. She said my car had a feature (an ability to sync with my garage door) that it turns out the car doesn't have. That being said, Christina is very respectful and patient. She will end up getting better. I'm happy that there was a charger available. I like the fact that I wasn't pressured by Christina. She did a good job respecting my wishes in that regard. She also found an alternative to the car I wanted that made more sense for me. She was willing to go through the lot with me so that I can look for one with the right interior.”

“After someone backed into my new car in a parking garage, creating several scratches on my right rear bumper, a close friend highly recommended Kuykendall's Auto Body & Frame in Sunnyvale, Ca., and thankfully they did. Tracy Kuykendall went out of his way to make this an easy and fast repair. He even contacted Enterprise Car Rental for me and even negotiated the lowest rental price. What was even more interesting is the respect my State Farm Insurance Company has for Kuykendall's; they did not have to do their own appraisal & fully accepted the invoice. My car was returned to me on time with a perfect repair. Tracy had also washed and detailed the entire car which is unheard of. Kuykendall's really rocks!!!”

“Big change and store style from the Pep Boys space it uses now. Store is always very quiet and so far when Ive gone Im the only customer in there. Like many other stores there's usually just one employee to assist but as I said it's just me shopping. I hope the store stays around because their prices are as good if not better than anything found on Amazon and I can get it immediately, and that's for the general run of the mill things like Oil Filters, Oil, air filters and such that I have found for my 3 vehicles. I can't say its a 5 star experience because I wish they had catalogs or a self service monitor to find part numbers rather than muddle with the employee as they search through their system but overall its close to me and they have had selection and parts in stock always. I understand why other reviewers are frustrated due to that reason especially if you're not dealing with car repairs or maintenance as frequently and need the hands on assistance. Overall I hope they stay because otherwise it's across town for the next parts store. Maybe they just improve their service game to keep the customers they are receiving.”
