βI bought my second Honda CRV here in Sunnyvale. My first, base model gas, has 204k miles and still purrs like a kitten. Never had a mechanical issue. βShoutout to my man Gilbert, I pulled up, friendly and professional. Reasonably priced, quick, in and out quite really. I popped over to the nearby burger king to get my mans something something for going above and beyond with my tire rotation. He did point out that my tires looked alright, didn't look too worn down and uneven, but I had my reasons to get them rotated regardless. My man got it done. Go here if you need your tires rotated folks.β

I had a great experience working with David Bousheh at Sunnyvale Volkswagen. I was nearing the end of my lease on my Volkswagen ID.4 and had been having trouble getting in touch with another dealership about returning it. I called Sunnyvale Volkswagen, spoke with David, and he immediately made the process simple. He told me to bring the car in and he would take care of everything.
When I arrived, David was friendly, helpful, and made the lease return incredibly easy and stress-free. Even though I was returning my ID.4, if I decide to get another Volkswagen in the future, I would absolutely go back to David. Highly recommend him. Great guy and excellent service!β

βThis is the only place I take our 2015 Subaru Outback when it has the rare issue. Found Auto Technica from a search on Google and I can attest to their honesty and fair pricing. Paul and Messi are kind and never try to upsell me on a product or service. Came once for an axel repair and another time to have breaks and rotors replaced. Got the car back within a few hours both times, same day. Highly recommend.
Adding an update on 11/12 to my original review: We noticed issues with our brakes that I had put off for weeks. Called Auto Technical on 11/11 PM and dropped off car same day. They called within an hour with a diagnosis and the estimate. Car ready 11/12 by 10AM. Very reasonable pricing and excellent service from Paul and Massis.β
βWhen I was looking to purchase a 997 in the Bay Area, RMG Enterprises consistently came up as the best Porsche shop in the region. After seeing 5-star reviews across the board, I knew this was the place to get my PPI done.
Dan did a phenomenal job. He inspected every inch of the car and provided a thorough report that made the decision to buy an easy one. He did a full PPI + bore inspection. Dan truly went above and beyond: the car needed some minor repairs that took an extra day, and even though the shop is closed on Fridays, Dan came in on his day off to meet me and walk me through the car before my drive back to LA.
To top it off, when a check engine light popped up just a few miles from my house in LA, Dan hopped on the phone to walk me through a quick fix and even shipped the necessary parts overnight to help me out!
Dan is like the Porsche dad everyone needsβknowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful. If I lived in the Bay Area, this is the only shop that would ever touch my car. I highly recommend RMG for all your Porsche needs.β

As others mentioned, Patrick does not waste your time with needless up-sell. He was super accommodating in installing an aftermarket CARB-compliant catalytic converter for me that I bought on the internet. He saved me a ton of money from using the OEM version.
Signage for World Muffler is really hard to see from El Camino. The business is in shared lot with many other independent mechanics. World Muffler is in the back corner of the shared parking lot.β
βMike is the most honest and straightforward shop representative I've ever spoken to. I called from SoCal regarding my daughters 2003 Toyota Camry. Being a busy student at Cal State San Jose, she needed her car working reliably. She went in by herself and he took a look at the car and offered an easy remedy without drama. This is unheard of these days. The world needs more people like this gentleman! She'll go there as long as she's in the area and refer all her friends. Thanks Mike! βI had a smog check done and Gerardo was friendly, professional and got it done efficiently. With another vehicle I brought in he was incredibly helpful in showing me how to use a scanner to detect emission system issues. I highly recommend this shop!β
βI had an Avalon with a severe issue. Took it to several other shops. But no one could figure it out. Found Mohsen. It took him two tries. But he was determined and ultimately solved the mystery. This was seven years ago. I understand he has passed away. He has no doubt instilled in his family a deep rooted culture of serving people, not just servicing their cars. His kindness will be remembered by thousands.β
βI had a great experience at De Anza Auto Repair. I came in without an appointment because the underbody shield on my Honda Accord had come loose and was scraping the road.
They took a look right away and explained that they would need to put the car on a lift to properly secure it. They were already fully booked and initially asked me to come back on Tuesday, which was completely understandable. When I mentioned that I had driven all the way from Gilroy which is about an hour away, the owner immediately went out of his way to make time for me and got my car taken care of right away.
I really appreciated that. He could easily have just told me to come back another day, but instead he understood the situation and helped me out despite having a full schedule.
Excellent customer service, honest communication, and genuinely caring about the customer. This was my first visit, but based on this experience, I would absolutely recommend De Anza Auto Repair.β

βI used Caliber Collision through my State Farm insurance to repair my bumper after I was rear ended. Jennifer at the front desk and Victoria who arranged all the repairs, were really helpful, professional, polite, and informative. It was great to get regular updates via text about the estimate and repair progress. It took 2.5 weeks. I was so appreciative and happy that they even washed my car and cleaned the inside, so that it was nice than when I dropped it off! Haha. Thanks Toria!!β
