Staying here from last 3 years. Very peaceful and clean community. Landscaping is done very frequently and service repair tickets are resolved very quickly.There is no construction or much of train noise as mentioned in any comments. Quiet and clean. Great for people looking for the best bang for the buck or newcomers to the areaManagement was always quick and thorough with any request.Very safe and gated community. We never had any issues with noise, other tenants, or bugs.
