They updated a tired '80s kitchen and made it beautiful and modern.Caroline took the lead on design and after a few iterations, we got on the same page. When it finally came time for demo and construction, I got to meet Ellen and Marc. Anytime I had a question, Ellen responded with alacrity and thoroughness. Marc and the rest of the crew were great craftsmen, professional, and polite. (Marc's also got a good sense of humor. I caught Marc singing a Backstreet Boys song one day and had a good laugh with him. Ask him to sing for you.) The crew was timely in their arrivals and always left things tidy at the end of the day.That's not to say that everything in the process was smooth--there were puzzling miscommunications from time to time and minor details to fix toward the end. But, considering some horror stories I've heard from others, these small frustrations pale in comparison.”

“We had a great experience with Sincere for our kitchen cabinet purchase. Mashal did multiple design revisions based on our inputs and feedback and we finally decided on the Liberty Line with a two color scheme. The cabinets came quickly and you can tell they are solidly constructed. There were a few minor damages occured during shipment and were promptly addressed by Mashal and his manager. Overall excellent customer experience, especially post-sales (after they already got your money), which speaks volumes about this business.”

“- Update: Finally we received cabinets today. I was told raw material arrived late to cause our cabinets delay. East Star Management was responding to this issue promptly. Also our sales person Michelle was very supportive. Thank you.
More than 1 month cabinet order delay is seriously impacting our project. Original ETA was mid June. Already 1 month has been passed. No secured ETA yet. I am very unhappy with this unprofessional delay. There was no early head-up regarding this. I will keep updating how this is being resolved.”
“We went there on the recommendation of a high end Los Gatos builder. He said he only used them on houses up to 3 million. The cabinets are all plywood boxes, no particle board. The drawers are dove tailed and all have soft close drawers and doors. Their prices were simply stunning. We ordered a complete kitchen and bathroom cabinets. It included granite counters and we bought the under mount sinks from them. We waiting 3 weeks for the installers. They showed up on Thursday at 7.00 am. They did the complete demo. And then they started the building. Their craftsman ship was top notch. They were real pros. They were perfect. On Friday they completed the cabinet install and then they started on the counters. By 8.00 pm Friday, they were done. Stunning!!!! They cleaned up, didn't make a mess and worked so hard. These guys like to eat, which means they have no problem working hard. If you want to waited on hand and foot, this place ain't for you. If you know what you want - this is the place for you. It is obvious they aren't a 100-200k kitchen service kind of place. Considering my entire job was 5-10% of a 200k kitchen, I don't care.”

Had something as simple as a bad Grohe shower valve, and they were able to figure out what was needed from just the photos I sent of the handle and trim kit, find parts and do the repair.
