They said I could come in right away. They worked with me to find something that would work with the shirt and suit that I was trying to match and it was very reasonably priced. They have a huge assortment of ties, pocket squares, bow ties, suspenders, etc. And they were very friendly and helpful. I heartily recommend them!”

I've put off building my wardrobe for years. Ironically, as a Silicon Valley executive, I spend most of my days wearing T-shirts and jeans. They didn't just help us shop—they spent hours getting to know me, understanding the personal style I was hoping to develop, educating me about fabrics, fit, versatility, and craftsmanship, and helping me thoughtfully build a wardrobe instead of simply making a purchase. It felt less like shopping and more like spending an afternoon with trusted advisors who wanted to help me make thoughtful investments that I would enjoy for years to come.

Together, we designed a beautiful made-to-measure jacket that is now being handcrafted specifically for me. We also selected several pairs of trousers, an incredible shirt jacket, and a short-sleeve knit, all of which they're tailoring to fit perfectly. “Had an appointment with this shop earlier today to design my wedding suit. I can't speak to the suit quality since it hasn't been made yet but I can say working with Nate Silva on the design was honestly amazing.

Nate was incredibly friendly and obviously knowledgeable. For probably 2/3rds of the detail design choices we talked through, he was able to point out examples on the suit he was wearing himself, so he very apparently has a great deal of experience in designing his own custom suits.

I was nervous going into this process, having never had anything beyond an off-the-shelf Men's Wearhouse suit before, and Nate made it a genuinely enjoyable process. He never came off as condescending or intimidating; he was soft spoken and very friendly but would give concise opinions and guidance on style when asked. I never felt pressured into anything and never felt awkward when I landed on a decision different than a suggestion he had made, and I always felt like he was just giving honest-to-goodness, well-informed style advice.

It felt as though they wanted me to end up with the suit that I wanted above all else, and Nate walked me through the process of clarifying the vision I wanted for myself but couldn't quite figure out on my own.

Overall, the design process went from something I was a bit nervous about to a process that I ended up genuinely enjoying because of Nate. I would absolutely come here again for my next suit, and I strongly recommend you check this place out if you're in the market for a custom suit.”

“This Gap Factory location is consistently busy, but for good reason! They offer a huge selection of items and the merchandise is always neatly displayed, making it easy to browse despite the crowds.
Shopping Tips:
Sales: They run various sales throughout the year, so it’s a great place to snag a deal.
Order Pickups: If you’re picking up an online order, head straight to the back of the store near the fitting rooms—that’s where the pickup counter is located.
Parking: Since it's in the Great Mall, parking can be very tricky during peak hours and weekends. I’d recommend arriving early or being prepared to hunt for a spot.
Service: The staff is great and manages the high volume of customers well. A solid choice for essentials and seasonal finds!”

“I recently visited the Stanford Shopping Center location for Vuori and I had such a wonderful experience. From start to finish I was met with awesome customer service from the likes of Natalia, Eve, and Shalanie. First of all, the floor is very well kept and it is very easy to navigate the space. Since it was my first time, I was able to inquire with Natalia about a particular product for my girlfriend. Natalia, greeted me with kindness and patience as she was assisting other people as well. She was was able to help me locate Villa Wideleg Pant that I have been wanting to grab for my girlfriend.

Vuori’s products are very high quality and I was impressed at the array of choices for both men and women. If I had more time, I would have probably gotten more things.
