They said I could come in right away. They worked with me to find something that would work with the shirt and suit that I was trying to match and it was very reasonably priced. They have a huge assortment of ties, pocket squares, bow ties, suspenders, etc. And they were very friendly and helpful. I heartily recommend them!”

I've put off building my wardrobe for years. Ironically, as a Silicon Valley executive, I spend most of my days wearing T-shirts and jeans. Living in the San Francisco Bay Area with three kids, I always found it difficult to justify spending money on luxury clothing, and I dreaded the shopping experience even more. My wife finally convinced me it was time to invest in a few timeless pieces that would elevate my wardrobe for years to come, starting with a made-to-measure sport coat that I could wear with almost anything.

We visited several of the Bay Area's highest-end menswear and custom tailoring boutiques. Interestingly, more than one of them recommended that we visit Bossini. That recommendation turned out to be one of the best we've ever received.

From the moment we met Anjum and Faria Sandhu, the experience was unlike anything we had encountered elsewhere. They didn't just help us shop—they spent hours getting to know me, understanding the personal style I was hoping to develop, educating me about fabrics, fit, versatility, and craftsmanship, and helping me thoughtfully build a wardrobe instead of simply making a purchase. It felt less like shopping and more like spending an afternoon with trusted advisors who wanted to help me make thoughtful investments that I would enjoy for years to come.

Together, we designed a beautiful made-to-measure jacket that is now being handcrafted specifically for me. We also selected several pairs of trousers, an incredible shirt jacket, and a short-sleeve knit, all of which they're tailoring to fit perfectly. Beyond their custom tailoring program, their boutique carries an exceptional collection of luxury European brands that you simply won't find in most stores.

What surprised me most wasn't the clothing—it was the experience.

For the first time in my life, shopping for clothes was actually enjoyable. There was no pressure, no rush, and no sales pitch. Just incredible hospitality, expert guidance, and two people who are passionate about helping others look and feel their best.

Anjum and Faria are two of the kindest, most authentic people you'll ever meet. They have an extraordinary eye for style, but more importantly, they care deeply about the people who walk through their doors. Somewhere during that afternoon, they stopped feeling like people I was buying clothes from and started feeling like friends.

Ironically, one of the things I'm looking forward to most is getting the text that my clothes are ready for pickup. I never imagined I'd be excited about clothing shopping, but thanks to Anjum and Faria, I already find myself looking forward to my next visit.

“Had an appointment with this shop earlier today to design my wedding suit. I can't speak to the suit quality since it hasn't been made yet but I can say working with Nate Silva on the design was honestly amazing.

Nate was incredibly friendly and obviously knowledgeable. For probably 2/3rds of the detail design choices we talked through, he was able to point out examples on the suit he was wearing himself, so he very apparently has a great deal of experience in designing his own custom suits.

I was nervous going into this process, having never had anything beyond an off-the-shelf Men's Wearhouse suit before, and Nate made it a genuinely enjoyable process. He never came off as condescending or intimidating; he was soft spoken and very friendly but would give concise opinions and guidance on style when asked. I never felt pressured into anything and never felt awkward when I landed on a decision different than a suggestion he had made, and I always felt like he was just giving honest-to-goodness, well-informed style advice.

It felt as though they wanted me to end up with the suit that I wanted above all else, and Nate walked me through the process of clarifying the vision I wanted for myself but couldn't quite figure out on my own.

Overall, the design process went from something I was a bit nervous about to a process that I ended up genuinely enjoying because of Nate. I would absolutely come here again for my next suit, and I strongly recommend you check this place out if you're in the market for a custom suit.”

“Overall, I like shopping there when I’m visiting the mall. I usually never have any issue with online orders either, except this last one. My order was cancelled despite me never receiving a notification. I ordered online on May 25th, and I also checked the tracking information online less than 2 weeks ago from today June 16th and it was still “processing”. About 3-4 days ago, I checked and my order was cancelled. Called the customer service, they told me it was because I didn’t go to pick it up - so… it takes forever for them to process the order but you literally have very little time for pick up. I attempted calling the VF store sooo many times now to see if they still had the item in store so I could go get it asap but nobody ever answers. It’s a little frustrating.
Due to work I haven’t been able to go directly since I noticed it had been canceled.
Anyway. That’s my main issue with the store, nobody picks up the phone.”

She waited to see if I liked the fit, asked a couple times if I wanted water, and offered to order another size should I need it. There aren’t many people who would go out of their way like she did. Regarding the inventory, the women’s section is pretty slim. I would have loved to see more jeans and jean jackets, what I associate Diesel with.
