He escorted us all the way to our unit and even let our movers catch a ride on the golf cart. The process could not have been more seamless, very much needed on an otherwise stressful moving day!!!”

“I live in Selo of pastoria for 4 months. I really enjoy it so far. It's nice clean and beautiful place. All my requests or concerns were addressed and resolved quickly. Manager Emily is very nice. She is always very friendly and helpful. I think it's very important to live in the complex where manager live on site and keep it clean all the time. It's also a great location, everything is close by: school, grocery store and parks. I will update the review in a few months.”

“I was originally planning to drive a big U-Haul to/from a distant location because I couldn't find a one-way rental - thankfully the guy behind the counter saved me a couple hundred dollars and (more importantly) a full day of time, by calling into the main service line and finding exactly what I was looking for at a different U-Haul location. Really grateful that someone took it on themself to find us the best rental and price, without us even asking.”

“My second time. Different staff but better experience. 1.) Prep before you drive, look at YouTube vids on how to drive it first. 2.) Also take a note if the gas tank is running low before you take it out the drive way.. 3.) No customer parking onsite. Prep for street parking , but very limited spots. You can try driving inside straight to near the office door. 4.) Come 15min early, i picked up at 8.16am ish depending on the line you're calculated time period for rental use may be effected. Always factor in 30min & 5 mile extra buffer on your online reservation. 5.) check in early.”
