“World class experience. Late evening, after hours when we realized we needed a place to store a car. Online registration was flawless, code worked right away upon entry to the facility, and our unit was available for use right then. Seamless, and was a life saver for us. Met the staff the next morning when the office opened for some other details, and they were courteous, professional, and very capable. Will definitely use them again.”

“Legit experience from start to finish. Got a great promo deal on one of their smaller units on the 3rd-floor when I signed up. The facility is secure, clean and using the app for gate access beats typing in a long code any day. Navigating the place can initially be a little challenging but the staff were awesome with walking you through where things are.”

“AMAZING TEAM and Service! The rates are fair for the market. The facility is clean. I would like to mention just how amazing the manager Julia Stewart is. As many people know moving and storage can be stressful. When I put many of my things in storage, I had accidently left a blue gym bag out in front. I didnt event realize it was missing (yet). When I came back in a couple months, Julie walks out and says "I have been waiting for you to get this back to you." Seriously that's amazing. So thoughtful and kind. Thank you Julia! Also I have to mention Julia's team as everyone there is quite friendly and very responsive.”

“I had a really great experience with the difficult and annoying job of self storage at this facility.

In large part this has been due to Karen, the very excellent manager of the facility that makes the whole process a breeze. She worked with me through each step of the process and made it feel like I had a 5 star, hassle-free, professional experience.

The facility was also clean and felt very safe. Elevators were large enough to make the move easy with bays that abutted the move area. My unit was as described and worked well for my needs.

Overall, facility 5/5, exactly what I needed. Staff/manager (Karen) 1000/5, great experience, wonderful customer service, lovely person.

Would likely use them again when I need storage.

“Public Storage really came through for me when I had 1 day to move. I was so overwhelmed that it was happening so fast and then, I received a call back on a unit I had reserved. The agent, I believe his name was Daniel. Had walked me through the entire process and much to my surprise and relief it was so simple. All I needed to do was drive there go up to my unit and exactly like he said, everything was there for me. Lock, keys paperwork! Ready to fill with my belongings! Thank you Public Storage for making my life workable when I really needed it!”

“Very positive experience. I actually had problems with Uhaul.com and the 800 number, but the staff was really good about fixing them. It was very easy to talk to them and the U-Box offered me a flexibility option that not many others allowed. The delivery driver was very chill. The staff at the counter was very professional and understanding.”

“***UPDATE: It's been like 5-6 years since we trusted El Camino Self Storage for the very first time and decided to place our belongings there (so we are like regular customers now :) ) and... I have no idea what happened that some of the reviews are so negative about one of the honest, most kind and most professional person at that facility!!! (I honestly think someone got upset and asked their peeps to follow them to post those fake reviews as we never ever experienced nothing but amazing service and approach from Jeanette and her Team!) And let me quickly explain my such appreciation for Jeanette and the El Camino Self Storage Team! They were always extremely supportive and even in the hard time for me and my Family when I lost my job, Jeanette as a manager was in touch with me and kindly responding to each my message showing her empathy and understanding! Again - never ever felt ignored, never ever felt like I'm another number on their storage unit list, never ever left alone nor without the professional approach!! Always got a reply to my questions, always within just 24h, and every single time it was such a pleasant experience!! The facility is clean (since moved there), very well managed and... I remember during the Covid time we were always reminded about using masks and all precautions even within our own storage area!! (again in very polite and professional way!) No complains here at all!! Also... let me tell you something - I truly adore Jeanette patience as she and her Team have to deal with all "Karens" in the world and what I noticed they do that with their biggest smile trying to make everyone comfortable no matter what!! So just show them respect and understanding for their hard job instead judging just by some irresponsible reviews or behavior like whole world belongs to you or those reviewers!! ***just in case - I'm not related to any of the El Camino Self Storage employees neither to Jeanette, I'm just speaking up as a long lasting customer of this facility right here!! Very happy customer in a fact!! Keep going Jeanette and don't get discourage by those who are trying to take advantage of you or your Team!! Being new to the hitch/tow world he took his time to explain and look for items i was missing. Even went a step above ensuring i was not missing a single thing.
Ensuring i would be comfortable with the trailer i picked, by explaining everything thoroughly.
While i wasn't getting assistance from Peter, he never broke from being kind and super friendly with everyone.
