“Public Storage really came through for me when I had 1 day to move. I was so overwhelmed that it was happening so fast and then, I received a call back on a unit I had reserved. The agent, I believe his name was Daniel. Had walked me through the entire process and much to my surprise and relief it was so simple. All I needed to do was drive there go up to my unit and exactly like he said, everything was there for me. Lock, keys paperwork! Ready to fill with my belongings! Thank you Public Storage for making my life workable when I really needed it!”

“staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on all of the units that they have. they have great customer service and are willing to bend over backwards in order to get you the unit you're looking for as long as they have it available the only drawback for this institution is the hours of operation. I just wish they would stay open a little bit later at night but that being said they open very early in the morning at 6:00. they are fairly priced with other local storage companies and are in a great location close to El Camino real”

“Very positive experience. I actually had problems with Uhaul.com and the 800 number, but the staff was really good about fixing them. It was very easy to talk to them and the U-Box offered me a flexibility option that not many others allowed. The delivery driver was very chill. The staff at the counter was very professional and understanding.”

“Derrick is a fantastic man. He has made for me any difficult or complicated experience really easy and friendly. He definitely makes a difference when it comes to customer experience and why I'd rather drive a little longer to that location than any other U-Haul location. They place has great storage units as well”
