“Hot water heater cheaper than Amazon or other local suppliers. They had the item packed up at the front counter ready for collection as promised. Quick, efficient and friendly service.”
“This store offers most items in bulk for caterers, restaurants, non profits and other venues thst serve food and beverages. I found a great selection of rice, refrigerated produce, sauces of various ethnic foods, those cool flavor additives for coffees, Frozen seafoods, frozen meats. They even have a huge freeer of just French fries! They also offer cooking and baking tools and pans.
The venue is accessible entry with wide aisles to accommodate their large bulk size cart. They have no standard carts or baskets
Signs in each aisles are up high and legible. No ambiant noise so no loud background noise. No glare in lights

Nathan was great on the phone and it shipped coast to coast in 2 days, even my current contractor couldn't find one but I did here. ! price was in the range for the availability with an older panel. They provide a much needed service, I will recommend.”

“Receiver /shipper staff is very kind and supportive. For big rigs please DO NOT ENTER into car parking driveway as there is also docks but that isn’t for all kind of delivery. Not spacious at all for turning around, luckily all docks were empty so I turned around with caution as it’s very tight for Big rigs . For big rigs docks is on the road, we have to back from road , again there is car parking on the roads. Be patience don’t rush , take your time and backup. Docks are infront of Public storage.Adding pictures, hopefully helps you all . Nothing scary but be very careful, don’t damage ur vehicle or others property.”

“Street Overnight Parking Is Fine/You can ignore 1 hour parking. The receiving office told me.
I arrived at 9am for my 12pm appointment.
Parked on the street, walked around back of Pitco and checked in with the receiving office. They said I’m very early for appointment and also since I have only 3 pallets to unload they will do their best to get me ASAP.
BEWARE: THE DOCKING AREA IS SMALL, WATCH HOW YOU MANEUVER!
11am, I got a call for dock door. Open trailer

“My experience is always a good one here. The employees are knowledgeable and kind. In particular there is a pharmacy tech named Cathia. She is fast and thorough and always has a contagious smile. Every time I have gone there which is twice a month her attitude is one to be commended. She is a gem.”
“I spent several hours here with a friend picking out Church flowers for a special event. I brought my three-year-old child with me. I was not prepared so when you come, and you’re gonna spend time picking flowers make sure you wear layers and a very warm coat because he place where they keep the flowers is refrigerated and you can get very very cold. Also good to note that the Internet does not work while you’re inside of the cold storage so if you need to access that you have to step back outside again. The place was clean and relatively well stocked. We were looking for some bright orange, tropical flowers, like bird of paradise and another one. I can’t remember the name of and they didn’t have any. It was a little frustrating because we were trying to plan our floral arrangement around those flowers and they didn’t know specifically when they were coming in, but I also appreciate that they don’t know exactly when the flowers are coming based on where they’re coming from and how they’re getting there like a cargo ship. Just keep these things in mind and you may have to shop at multiple locations if you’re looking for specific flowers.”

“I've been a proud Costco member for nearly 40 years, and my recent experience at the Tire Center reminded me why.
I arrived around 2:30 p.m. with a tire punctured by a nail and no appointment. I understood there was no guarantee my vehicle could be serviced, so I waited while watching the Tire Center staff work tirelessly through an extremely busy day, even after the warehouse had closed.
After about seven hours, I was preparing to arrange a ride home when Karl noticed my situation. He spoke with his supervisor, Jacob, who kindly approved helping me after hours. Karl quickly replaced my tire and had me safely back on the road around 9:30 p.m.
This wasn't my first experience with Karl—he also installed all four tires on my vehicle a few months ago. On both occasions, he demonstrated outstanding technical skill, professionalism, and genuine care for Costco members. Supervisor Jacob's support and leadership made all the difference as well.
Thank you, Karl and Jacob, for going above and beyond. Employees like you are the reason I've remained a loyal Costco member for nearly four decades.”

“I have been going to this Costco for years, and I've always felt welcomed and comfortable here. The staffs are great, esp today. Today, I went with my sister and my nephew. When we got to the register, my sister had an "episode". In a quick moment, 3 staffs came and assisted us right away. They were very compassionate, very sincere, very helpful. I wasn't able to get their names, but I can say that I would love to say thank you to management for putting together such awesome teams. They stood by us and kept making sure my sister is ok, and that's what a lot of us customers need. Once again, thank you..”

“Ok, the chocolate chip cookie at their food court that everybody is raving about is... Pretty good. I didn't eat it right away like others did. I had to wait til my wife brought it back home...well, only part of it. HAHA. But, it's a chocolately bite in every bite. The cookie is crisp on the edges but fairly soft in the middle. I need a glass of milk!”

“I have shopped at costco for years and visited many locations. This brand is always my most favorite one whenever I want to purchase groceries or household items and more. Prices are so much more affordable here. Try to plan to buy your items when they're on sale so that you can get the best price possible. Their return service is one of the best available; Especially when you need to shop for big items such as a mattress or couch, you dont have to worry about what if it's not the right one for you and deal with the return by yourself - they take care of it professionally. Not to mention that all the stores are always clean and spacious. When I am not so busy, I love to go around the store to find something new or interesting to try. More asian products have been added such as fish sauce and dried guava and many more.”
