“I was very pleased with the service and care we received. I thought my cat had a broken leg but was calmed right away by the doctor. I brought her back in a couple days later for something else. He ask a lot of questions then explained things to me that he was concerned about with my cat. I received two follow-up calls from the doc inquiring status of my cat. This is not something I am used to. Highly recommend this clinic. Only downside was, they work by appointment only so I couldn't just walk in and wait for an opening. They were very accommodating in setting up an appointment though.”

“I have been bringing my dog here for about 5-6 years now and I must say, this is one of the best veterinary clinics I have ever been to. The entire team is so warm and welcoming, and my dog & I have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Pador is incredibly thorough, listens to your concerns without rushing through the visit, and is always open to answering questions. I have a miniature poodle with lifelong issues, and I can honestly say this place has been his saving grace numerous times. I love this place. I live 1 hour away now, and I still bring my dog here because they’re so worth it! You’ll never feel bullied into approving unnecessary procedures/tests, you’ll just be given information and alternatives that don’t guilt you. I take care of people for a living, but I have even more respect for those who take care of our pets. 10/10 I would recommend this place.”

“We've brought our pets here since 2020 and I can't reccomend a better vet. Our dog Roxie has been seen by tons of vets over the years but he was the first to notice the health issues that were so apparent after he explained them to us. We've taken all of our dogs here since and even after moving an hour away, we make the trip to see Doctor Ash. He is the only vet I know that truly cares for your pets well being and is realistic and reasonable with treatment options. He was patient with our dogs who were terrified of vets, understood their body language and how to approach. And with my dog who has no fear of the vet, he gets right to it and still treats my boy with respect. We will never go to another vet again! ?❤️”
“My doggies are my world so finding a vet that I trust with my girls is a big deal. I took them for teeth cleanings last week and it went great. I was a mess because I was so worried about the general anesthesia but the vet tech, I think her name is Abby? She was great. Kept me posted the whole day. I think I had the hardest time with their procedure because they did great but I was a nervous wreck. Needless to say it took a lot to make that appointment and the only reason I did was because I trust the Doctor here. He is great and I know my girls were in good hands.”

“I want to recommend Dr. Lizzie who took care of my ball python with a very dramatic neck injury.
Dr. Lizzie showed a great ability to handle a snake, plus she got her injury cleaned and stitched,and I even got a radiography of her bones. My python healed wonderfully thanks to her!
She is also super kind and very patient to answer all my questions and explain with detail. Everyone working there was the same.
The prices were not cheap but I know you can trust your pets with them. And book with time, they have a fully-booked schedule.”

“Most reasonably priced Vet I've ever taken my dog to. I will never go anywhere else. Besides it being super affordable the staff there is awesome and the Doctor really cares and takes the time to answer any questions you may have so you leave there knowing exactly what's going on with your pet and what to do. I've been to a lot of Vets in my life and it seemed to me they're always trying to tack on all the extras so you leave there broke. Alamitos animal hospital was the exact opposite the Doctor gave me his opinion on what he thought was best and it was in and out very simple and to the point. When I went to pay I thought it was a mistake or they totaled it wrong. It was my first time taking my pitbull Silvy there and I'll never go anywhere else. “Best Vet and staff I have ever been to in this area . I have been a vet tech for a while and retired but I can tell you I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here for my beloved dog Bogey. My dog actually thinks he is his bff and wags his tail like crazy when he sees him. I am thankful I found this place that is clean, calm and friendly. I also love he doesn’t have over the top prices and makes it respectfully fair to all. It’s nice to find a gem like this and I will not go anywhere else.

“We had a really good experience at Primary Care Animal Hospital. Our dog started having blood in her urine and was trying to pee but nothing would come out. Our regular vet initially gave antibiotics and medication, and he said if it happens again, we should take her to the hospital for more test as he was thinking there was something in her bladder like stones. When the symptoms returned a week later, we knew we had to take her to the hospital. Since our usual clinic doesn’t offer urgent care, we searched and found this hospital on Google.
They were able to see us the same day. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, and even though the place is currently remodeling, everything still felt organized and efficient. They performed an X-ray and urinalysis, found a bladder stone, and clearly explained the situation and treatment options. Because the stone was too large to pass naturally, surgery was recommended. They walked us through the procedure, provided a clear estimate, and scheduled surgery for the very next day.
The entire visit took about 3 hours, and we felt our dog was in very good hands the whole time. She is now on the road to recovery, and we’re so grateful for the care she received. We also appreciate that this hospital is closer to home — we’ve definitely found our new vet.

“This was my first time visiting this veterinary office. I was bringing in a stray cat that I had to trap to be looked at. And the office was very accommodating. When I walked in the office was absolutely spotless, which isn't usually the case in a veterinary office naturally with animals running all over the place. The staff were welcoming and assisted me with the stray cat so that he could be examined. I really had a great experience from start to finish at this office. I would recommend coming here for your fur babies and or strays that you just don't have the heart to watch suffer. ❤️”
