âKohl's is a nice place to shop to find different items it's always a hit or miss on the price Amazon is also in most Kohl's store so you can return your Amazon and upon doing so you will get a coupon to shop at Kohl'sâ
âFirst time using the self checkout. I was coaxed into the line and coached as I used the screen and my Kohlâs card. Very polite and courteous employeeâŚvery clean and organized store with plenty of sale items and great discounts. Thank you from the Carters.â

âI had a great experience shopping at this store, especially with a Sales Associate named Lana who helped me in the women's department. She was helpful and friendly. They also have a great fragrance and cosmetic section. I wish I had gotten the name of the young woman who helped me there, because she was patient and informed. The store was well stocked and busy, which in this economy is a good thing.â

âMy wife wanted to stop by this Nordstrom Rack in the Valencia Promenade to look at slippers. This store has a lot of products to offer and some prices are reasonable. The shoes are toward the back of the store, the men's department are on the left and the women are toward the right. Customer service when we were here was great.â

âI have no idea why Kohlâs would have shopping carts that canât go pass the front door! Totally ridiculous, and inconvenient for anyone with kids BUT I was supper lucky that Vinni my cashier let her manager know she would need to help me to my car. There was no push back from her manager. Which was perfect since I had my granddaughters 11 month and a 4 year old and in tow. Many thanks Vinni for your kindness.â
âI love TJMaxx, I shop there all the time almost everything I wear is from there, BUT I had very bad experience today, I purchase two sweatpants brand Homebody club today, normally if I am not going to return the item I wash it so ⌠I bought it today and washed it,one of the pantâs color fainted and got some lighter big spots on it, I took it back with all my shopping to show the manager it was bought today and I washed all my items and only one changed color to the point that canât be used, manager Cheyanne with out apology said too bad we canât not take it back, I ask for some one above her to come, Cheyanne with a smile said I am the manager and I am telling you we wonât take it back,
Honestly I donât even care about $12.99 I even left the pants there and told them you can keep it BUT the way she handled the situation was disgraceful and embarrassing. Company needs to hire experience manager that know how to deal with respect towered their employees and customers, they need to know that sometimes they can make exception to the roles. Anyway I will still shop there. This was TJMaxx Valenciaâ

âI stopped by this Ross location this morning to get a sandle to wear inside or outside the house. I had time to waste before my wife graduation near by so I stopped by here. They weren't that busy since I came in the early morning but the bad part is that they only had 1 cashier working. I found the sandle I wanted so I got it and went to the line to pay for it. The person working the jewelry or sunglasses area was confusing some older guest she was helping and giving them conflicting information. She was helping them but instead of letting them pay with her, she told them to get in line which was long and pay for their item. The older guest were old with a crane so when I was the next guest about to pay, I let them go since they were there before me anyway. The store was nicely organized in the morning though so it was one of the nicer Ross I been to.â

âI love this store! I've been going there for about 5 years and I like that they have improved in their clearance section as far as organization goes.
I always find great stuff at awesome prices.
I prefer to shop in the morning than in the afternoons or weekends just because it's my thing. But at any time the atmosphere is great and the cashiers and floor clerks always make it a great shopping experience for me. I hope they continue their great customer service because it's the reason why I keep shopping their store. If that factor was missing, shopping online would be the solution, but that I personally profoundly dislike.
I like to be able to hold my items before I actually pay for them.
My favorite part is that they don't have self check outs!! Yay!! They actually hire people to do their customer service! Which is great!! I hope they continue this great tradition of people helping people.
I love Marshalls & HomeGoods ? and can't wait to be able to shop their Halloween ? Collection!!â

âThe only thing that I donât like about Costco in Van Nuys is the crowds shopping there, particularly from Friday thru Sunday. The produce, dairy & baked goods are all well managed. However, individual items tend to have their location changed at random times. I found talking to a Floor Manager in the front really helps. My roommate listed items that were not in stock or are found only during the Holiday Season.â
âOn occasion you can find brand named clothing and shoes at a reasonable price, not exceptionally low prices, but reasonable. I have picked up some Vans and Converse shoes at reasonable prices and brand named shirts and outer wear. Worth stopping in if you are in the area. Expect a long wait to check out however. I usually don't want to make a purchase unless it is an exceptional bargain, or it is not worth the wait in line. I would probably spend more if the lines were faster.â
âWhen my mom and I went into KohlsâŚ. We were shopping around for some makeup and Nevaeh in Sephora took the time to really help us. She was professional, detailed and lovely to educate us on the moisturizing products. Thank you for helping us!â
âGreat place for pick up. Employees are friendly. Hate going into the store! Most employees in store are of no help at all & quite a few are downright disrespectful. At this particular store, the self checkout closes down early & most often only 1, sometimes 2 assisted checkouts are open. I've left without making my purchases more often than not. This is extremely irritating because there are some items that cannot be obtained or need to be seen through pickup.â

âI took my wife to this Marshalls location to look for her makeup stuff. The prices on women makeup are very reasonable but it's basically what they have at the store so you can't order ahead of time. I found parking easily and the store is a good size with a lot of other products too. The customer service was great and they had a lot of cashier so the line wasn't backed up.â

âI just want to add a review because I feel that lady that posted most recent gave this store a bad rap. The store overall is very clean the associates are very nice I have always greeted when I walk through the door. There's plenty of people around I see people and they're all the time. This one is close to my store so I go to it a lot. I'm a bargain shopper so I shop at a lot of Ross's I would say that this store is better than most. There are plenty of associates and they're always there to help.â

âMy wife and I stopped by this Marshall store yesterday so I can look at some shorts. I wanted to see if this store will have some Nike store for a decent price but I didn't find any. It could be because there a Nike store nextdoor that I was already planning on visiting. There a lot of parking spots in the plaza this store is located in.
This store is big inside and has a lot of stuff to choose from. There are staff throughout the store if you need any help. The store is nicely organized and I didn't see one piece of clothing on the floor when I was here. The dressing room is on the right side of the store. My wife was going to buy something but then saw the long line at checkout so she changed her mind. There no self checkout station here so just be aware that you might have to wait.â

âTJ Maxx is a love and hate relationship for me. Sometimes I find nice things and sometimes nothing at all. I mostly stop by to check out their home section where I can find plates, bowl, cups etc. this location is convenient and has a lot of parking space. It's next to a Marshall's, Target, Nordstrom Rack and a few other stores. Prices are good but customer service can be better.â
