“Love this place. I was looking for some boots and a hat for my daughter's communion and father daughter dance at her school. I was a able to find the brand Ariat easily. They have a huge selection of short and long sleeve shirts and not to mention boots. The customer service is superb. I was able to try on over a dozen hats and got fitted for shoes. The gentleman and lady helped out tremendously. Arita boots-150.00 Hat- 195.00”

“Customer service is great, boutique is very clean and organized. They only have 2-3 items of each article of clothing so not a wide size range and I would say the largest size I found was about a U.S. 22 so it's not a very inclusive plus size boutique. I'm used to specialty plus size stores going up to 4-6X etc, but this one tops out at a 3x which runs more like a 20-22. The lady working was really nice and advised me to size up on a few items because they run small. I did find a gorgeous little black dress and it was on sale, but they have a no-return policy -- there was a dress I loved but needed to try it with shapewear and a strapless bra because it was made of a weird material and I couldn't tell how it would sit on me, but I didn't want to buy it and then get it home and not like it. Most items I saw ran in the $30-80 range so not bad. There is also a small assortment of jewelry, handbags and shoes. They do not have items like jeans or casual wear, this is more like semi-formal/cocktail/date night attire. Definitely worth a browse if you're in that size range and looking for those kind of clothes!”

“As a City Of Beverly Hills employee, the city hands out an annual voucher for safety boots At the start of the fiscal year. Today I arrived at the storefront with the hopes of purchasing a comfortable and reliable pair of work boots, That was my original intention. The business representative named Dimuth, single-handedly provided me with the most professional and luxurious safety boot buying experience of my 20+ year professional career. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my preferred boot in stock, however Dimitri Went above and beyond, and began contacting several other Red Wing storefront in other cities and even other states. He was able to procure two different boots, one in Bakersfield and the second pair in Texas and was able to arrange for them to be shipped to the store free of cost. Not only that, but he was also able to help me pick up a pair of very comfortable Redwing slippers for the Two through three hour long commute home from Beverly Hills back up to Lancaster Mine out of every 10 business days With removable/washable fuzzy interior insoles Along with a big bottle of boot oil and the recommended insoles for my new boots all at a discounted rate due to the city I worked for as well as an additional promotional discount which brought my entire $1000+ order down to only a mere $162 out of pocket. Best experience/deal of my professional career. I will not be returning to the Culver City location or any other Red Wing location I have finally found my store. “I visited this big 5 location for the first time the other week and found the staff to be enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to help. The most memorable part of my visit to this store was my encounter with one of the employee’s named Cole. He made sure I felt welcomed and the we find the “perfect hiking shoe” (in his own words) together! Another plus I saw while trying on my shoes, a family with a special needs son walk in looking to buy shoes. Cole was calm, collected, and extremely patient with the son making sure to be extra careful. As a father this made my heart melt and realize what true customer service and hospitality really is. I finally finished my visit in the gun department hoping to see what guns they carried. After speaking to the manager (I believe his name was Jeff) who was also really helpful and nice informed me they no longer carried real weapons but still went out of his way to recommend me a different gun store. I look forward to coming back to this location many more times in the future!”

“We walked into this store a couple of weeks ago, but I could not try anything on due to an injury I sustained. We finally got back to the store and immediately the woman behind the counter asked if I was feeling any better. I was shocked she remembered us.

“I stopped by this Vans store inside Northridge mall on the second floor near the Macy men's. The store is a decent size and looks very open. When you walk in, all the clothing will be on your left or right. The shoes are further toward the back and the skateboards are there too. I came into the store to look at their skateboards while my wife was shopping. They had a decent amount of skateboard and accessories to choose from. I also checked out their shoes as well but I don't wear vans shoes so I didn't buy anything. The customer service was good, they greeted me when I walked inside the store and a worker asked if I needed any help when I went to the shoes area.”
