“Love the vibe. Easy parking and not crowded. Since I am brand new it would have been helpful to have a staff member help with some of the machines. At the same time, I found several machines that I know how to operate. Looking forward to my next visit!!!”

“It was my daughters suggestion and has been a physical, mental and emotional well-being upgrade!
And, after trying XFit in other areas I realized - they are not all the same. The Avalache difference is Myles (and his trainers) -- his ability to guide each session to success - because it only works if you can come back :).
I am grateful to have discovered this Avalache difference. And for my friend David, it is helping him recover strength and agility he was losing. Yes - life changing...Check it out!”
“It’s such great gym. Paid for a week pass and love that you can just walk in and pay on the honor system. Has everything you need and more! Came first week of October and I basically had to gym to myself”
“Truckee, California. There is no real purpose to go inside the building. You have a good vantage view of this small town from the Stone Tower & the patio that is accessible 24/7. The weather was 36 degrees in June so do not think for a second all of California is beaches & palm trees. Truckee is the gateway for Reno & Lake Tahoe with Sacramento & Central/Nor Cal in general. The town has more significance than it may appear. The Donner Pass is also adjacent to this town. The tower is still a cool spot to check out, take pictures and if your lucky get in a snowfight in the early summer months =) Travel safely my friends. @cigarcpa”
“Best gym in Tahoe City area and west shore. Has all the machines you can ask for. Clean, helpful staff, and nice showers. Highlights are lakeview while running on the treadmill and the coed sauna.”

They offer a unique mix of fitness and flow arts, including aerial silks, lyra, dance classes, and summer camps for kids, making it a great place for both adults and families to stay active and try something new.
