There's always parking, you just have to go to the upper lot if the bottom is full. Apple products are on the higher end but if you take care of it then they last. The staff here are wonderful and looking to help you out the best way they can. They aren't pushy on sales when I was here and if you need more technical support then making reservations appointments is recommended.”

“I mean, I don’t give 5 stars easily, but I really have to say I’ve been very satisfied every time I enter this store. The service is always pretty quick and efficient. Plus if you come in at the right time, you can catch a lesson of something that adds just a little extra benefit to each visit. I wish I could remember the names of the people who helped me, but if the culture and training are right, then you should have a similar experience with each team member. Obviously, people are different so you won’t get the exact same experience every time, but I have to say, I do appreciate this store and they’ve always done me right. Hope you have the same experience when you visit.”
“I am writing to add my voice to the deserved accolades which have been given to Tarzana Tech. I have been in there at least three times over the years, but my latest experience this week makes me that much more appreciative that I live so close to such a fine computer shop. This time, I brought in my very old Dell desktop computer which had a failing hard drive, 3 broken fans, and was in desperate need of a cleaning and tuneup. Because I didn't want to spend the many hours it would have taken to set up a new computer, Michael suggested we simply take an image off of the failing hard drive, and copy it onto a new solid state hard drive. Long story short, my computer is now working better than it ever did, and likely has many more years of life ahead of it. The price for all this was half of what I expected to have to pay. Great service, skillful repairs, a creative approach to problem solving, and fair and reasonable pricing. That is what I got at Tarzana Tech.”
