“I just spoke to Raquel over the phone. I need to get a prescription filled and I need to get pre authorization. . She was great. She listened to my questions before answering. She has the perfect accent that I could understood . She talked without sounding like she was in a hurry. She explained how the pre authorization process works. She really wanted to help me and I can sense her dedication in a very stressful environment . Every time I went there , there was a line. I presume that people who pick up prescriptions might be irritable because they are sick and the staff there has to deal with and put up with that day in and day out. Thank you Raquel and the staff of this Walgreens. The score of 2.9 is not warranted as it deserves 5 stars.”

“Often pass by here on foot for a quick snack or scratcher related business... however I will say this Chevron is run well by friendly service clerks and is never too overcrowded as their is plenty of room to navigate unlike some other locations on Ventura Blvd. This Chevron at the intersection of Reseda and Ventura sits on the North west side and has a few concrete tables and benches and tables just right of the store entrance which is convenient to enjoy a snack, beverage or unwind for a sec weather you're pumping or passing by. It's very inviting and always well kept day and night. The do their best to upkeep all areas inside and out and stock a few healthy snacks you wouldn't find at most gas station convenience stores. When I have gotten gas here I will be honest and say it's not the best place to fuel up price wise within a mile to two mile radius, but definitely a better experience whether you're a local or just fueling up for the day.”

“A small convenience store, tight corners but they managed to squeeze everything in there. They have drinks, snacks, protein bars, sodies, and coffee of course. For the fountain sodas, you might have to ask for cups because there were none available at the machine.”
