“Karla helped me after I was a victim of a debit card scam. I tried to buy something online and became flooded with unauthorized purchases. After trying unsuccessfully to handle it on my own I came to Porter Ranch Logix. Karla listened to me, filed a long report on my behalf, and helped me with a new card. Big lesson learned. Logix also credited me with the money that was taken from me. Thank you for taking so much time and being so patient Karla! From now on I will only enter my card on websites I trust, and credit only. If the price is too good to be true, it is! Now I have to adjust any auto payments to my debit. I will be more careful from now on.”

The approval process was smooth, fast, and genuinely personable. Both team members I worked with were responsive and proactive throughout — no chasing anyone down for updates, no delays. I also have additional accounts with them, and the experience across the board has been consistent. “The ladies at this Credit Union are very nice and helpful. I just received a loan from them recently and it went very smooth. They give you a check list with your loan application to make the process as easy as possible for customers which was very helpful. They did let me know they have multiple ways of making payments like sending in a check or coming in person is COMPLETELY FREE! If you can’t make it into the office you can also pay online and there is a small convenience fee. Which makes sense since it’s a convenient especially with this heat.
I did receive a letter back in December 2023 saying there were some changes but I would say they’ve all been beneficial to the credit union and the customers anyone who says different obviously isn’t very informed.

“I called in two months prior to purchasing my new vehicle and had the privilege of speaking to Cesar Munoz. He was able to answer all my questions about the process and what to expect. After two months, my credit score increased, and Cesar was able to help me with the financing. He was patient throughout the two months when I called and asked many questions. Working with Cesar was the best car-buying experience I've ever had, and I would definitely recommend him!”
“My new debt card cvc was only two numbers. It's supposed to have three. Lol! No worries, I made an appointment and stopped in the next day.
My appointment was with Stacey. Not only did she apologize for the defective card (the card printer being repaired) she ordered me a new replacement card. Also while I was there, she helped me with setting up my direct deposit and online login. Stacey is fabulous!
I have had online banking in the past but I like to have my banking relationship with a real location with a real person. And there's free parking in the back.
I'm in my happy place!”

He was polite, kind, and extremely helpful and goes above and beyond and will guide you through your best options. I don't understand why he is not in the Sherman Oaks location anymore, lately, I see a lot of staff are replaced with new staff, if they are doing an outstanding job, why have they been replaced?
