“The staff is great, be patient with them they have a heavy flow of customers and I've seen some get short and rude to them and that isn't fair to them because they're really kind and friendly. I wish they didn't have to deal with the transients hanging out there bugging people for money and destroying the air line on the compressor, almost all the time you can't use it to fill air in your tires. It's not their fault, they're trying but if they had security patrol maybe it'd be better”

“Often pass by here on foot for a quick snack or scratcher related business... however I will say this Chevron is run well by friendly service clerks and is never too overcrowded as their is plenty of room to navigate unlike some other locations on Ventura Blvd. This Chevron at the intersection of Reseda and Ventura sits on the North west side and has a few concrete tables and benches and tables just right of the store entrance which is convenient to enjoy a snack, beverage or unwind for a sec weather you're pumping or passing by. It's very inviting and always well kept day and night. The do their best to upkeep all areas inside and out and stock a few healthy snacks you wouldn't find at most gas station convenience stores. When I have gotten gas here I will be honest and say it's not the best place to fuel up price wise within a mile to two mile radius, but definitely a better experience whether you're a local or just fueling up for the day.”

“The only woman that let us use the restroom. I am a disabled person with a small child. She’s was kind enough to let us all in. I bought candy and pumped gas immediately after to thank her for her kindness without expecting anything. Recommend it. Customer service the best in the area.”
