The Goodwill Southern California Store & Donation Center is a clean, well-organized, and well-stocked location. Many reviewers call it one of the best or a favorite in the Valley. The staff is consistently described as amazing, friendly, helpful, and smiling. Customers often find good things, including brand new items with tags. The store always accepts donations. However, many note that prices are super high, a bit pricey, or a bit steep compared to other Goodwills, especially for clothes and used items. Some recommend visiting on Thursdays. Parking is noted as pretty good.
Clean and well organized. Giving it 3 stars for access to the bathrooms- every time I’ve come in they have said the bathrooms are out of order even when I’ve seen employees and others use them. I’ve been a paying customer every time I’ve visited this location and it is extremely annoying.

This is the first time that I have been to this goodwill and to be honest the prizes are a LITTLE bit higher, but I think it is because of the area.
