“One of my absolute favorites! I’m a second hand, thrifting, vintage lover. This shop is conveniently located by the 405 and 101 and always has parking. Really great stuff, especially house goods and cool vintage clothes. I decorated my wedding with thrifted dishes, glassware, cake holder, etc. I got some great pieces here and a cute brown leather belt. I have also donated my gently used items here. I’m an animal lover so I really love that it’s for animals! ???”

“I’m so glad I made the trip to Maria’s bargain shop. The store is well named because it is truly a bargain! I found a bunch of great quality pieces for 3-4 buck. They even provide fitting rooms which is rare! The store is clean and well organized with a ton of merchandise to choose from. The men’s and children’s section have a ton of options, more than similar stores. I got a cute dress for my niece. He also stocks essential beauty and toiletry items so I picked up some soap. Super convenient. The store is open late!!! It’s how I ended up there. It might have the latest hours of any thrift store in LA. If you feel that late night urge to dig for hidden treasures, Maria’s has your back. I’ll be back for sure!”

“If you like vintage decor like me, you might get lucky here. I've found mid century modern items in good condition. I've also found pink Depression glass here. The prices are decent. My teens always find unique clothes here. The staff is always nice and helpful as well. There was one particular sale day where no carts were available. A staff member noticed and went out of his way to go in the back and bring me his cart. I've never experience anyone rude here as some of the reviewers suggest.”

“If you're looking for clothes, this place is a slam dunk! If you're looking for electronics, books, or anything besides clothing, don't bother. I love that they open at 8am and Tuesday mornings they offer a discount. But one thing I cannot stand about this place is they exclusively play Christan radio and it is awful.”

“Really interesting stuff here! Better than your average thrift store. Some of the prices seem a bit high to me, but I was also able to find other things very cheap! I think the higher prices are in part because some of the things are higher quality (they had some lennox dishes, copper pots, etc). Staff was friendly. I had a lot of fun digging around here!”

“Last week I had something unfortunate happened to me but thanks to the staff here they did absolutely everything they could to help me find my phone that was stolen in the store. They called it from several different places, turned off music so that I could look for my cell phone, and even expressed concern and allowed me to frantically look around the store for about 30 minutes. I didn't end up catching the person they got away with my cell phone, but just the fact that the staff was willing to help me and made me feel like my items were worth protecting was something that definitely didn't go unnoticed. On more than one occasion, I've seen every single one of these individuals act with grace, dignity, and respect in occasions that sometimes are a little bit difficult to display such affects. The star employees were as follows! Gil- thanks for turning off the music and helping me out. Erin, Vee, and Noe, thanks for being so sweet throughout the whole thing and for always being so fair with prices.”

“This place used to have decent stuff at a slightly high price. I used to buy $50 a week ,easy. NoW its full of overpriced Old Lady clothes and Art at $50 up(no worries its free outside back door every 2 weeks cause no one buys) if you happen to find an actual vintage item its Twice the price as OnLine. “Well I just dropped off some things here and I have never set foot in a thrift shop where I was treated so nicely by EVERY SINGLE STAFF! They were welcoming, friendly, helpful and happy to receive a donation. Wow !! I'm still in the parking lot writing this because I was so moved . The staff really care about this place and the mission of the organization, they have this small place clear and very organized, clothes color coded and ceramics displayed beautifully and just overall you can tell they all care about this store and the customers.”

“Negatives: Unfortunately, it is not located in the best of areas. I had an uncomfortable encounter with someone shopping there who gave me attitude for no reason. Positives: They are extremely organized and fortunately the clothes is categorized by size, which makes it so much easier to look through. I noticed most of the clothes is Shein and Forever 21 but perhaps I just came on the wrong day. Also, the staff is very friendly. This Goodwill is relatively new which is probably why the store front is clean.Overall, this is a pretty good Goodwill to go shopping in and I recommend it.”
