Some find the office hard to locate because of not enough signs, but the nurse is professional and gives blood from a vein without feeling the needle. Check‑in is a breeze, patients are taken on time, and techs are personable. Parking is paid, but the phlebotomist is efficient and organized, does not duplicate tests, sends all tests to the ordering physicians, and handles stat orders quickly, with portal results in about six hours. Walk‑in patients with babies are signed in quickly, and the poke is the least painful one remembered.
I have been to this location several times. It has always been a good experience. Twice now I have had Yesenia as my tech, she has been very professional and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I am difficult to draw from but every step of the way she checked to make sure I was still good. Thank you.
