Your technicians are rude as always. I asked her if she is good, and the answer was No, in an ugly way. Your technicians will never be nice and polite; it's a reflection of the management. Additionally, there is no customer service window, and there is no one to answer a question or to help you if you need something.

I was very pleased with my visit,friendly staff,good experience. The only complaint that I have is that they need to post their lunch hours. for someone who's new to Quest and doesn't know,I was surprised to find their door locked midday.usually lunches are alternated for the convenience of the patients.
