“Love love this store. I have been coming to this boutique for years and I love the variety and all the trendy clothing at this place. The owner, Billy, is amazing and her staff are great. This is by far my favorite place to shop. I have been to multiple boutiques in the Valley but nothing comes close to Billy's.”
