I had a very intricate issue going on with a credit and Joshua had Malcolm his supervisor to come over and this young man had a smile on their face the whole entire time I’ve never seen this and Customer Service I am 40 years plus experience in customer service so I think the two of them provided outstanding Service professionalism smiles. They did more than what was required. “I wasn't sure I wanted to go inside, but gave it a shot. First, I was greeted at the door by the security guard which was pleasant, helpful, and had a beautiful smile. She made me feel very welcome and if I were the manager.. I would offer her a job where she can really flourish and where she can make sales for the company. She was informative and helpful, really seemed knowledgeable.. I looked for a T-shirt for me and a pair of sunglasses for my girlfriend.. although I couldn't find a shirt I liked , I did find sunglasses that were perfect and very affordable.. I was helped by two people while looking for sunglasses and one of them escorted me to a register and checked me out and I didn't have to wait in line. I really enjoyed shopping at the store and would recommend it to everyone.. thank you bloomingdales!”

Customer service (shipping/styling/responsiveness) is excellent and the quality and price point are fair amongst boutiques. Where as I used to shop more at Madewell and Free People, I enjoy shopping for most all of my clothing here. Loyal customer since 2020!!”
