Department Stores in Tarzana, CA

“This location is stocked to the ceiling with lots of merch for your new home or apartment stocking and decorating needs. Almost a little too much, to a nauseating and claustrophobic degree, up to the ceiling and spilling out into the aisles. Lol. But if you need stuff, this is the place. Happiness.☺️”

“I want to share how surprised I was by one associate's caustomer service that went above and beyond. I have always liked TJ Maxx, no matter the location, but in this case, I am warmed by one associate's insistence that I leave my name and number for items I lost somewhere in the store. They weren't very important, wasn't an heirloom or expensive, but she insisted that I leave my contact information in case they showed up. How suprised I was the following week or so when Elisa called and said while cleaning the department I lost my pad and pen in, they were found and returned to Lost & Found. Elisa remembered me and called. Who does that in these times? So shop here... it's always clean, well supplied, and I can say from personal experience, filled with employees who actually care about their clientele. Thank you Elisa!”

“I would like to sincerely thank Azita, a sales associate at Ross.

Azita always greets customers with a smile, provides very polite service, listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and helps customers choose what they need. I have come to her several times, and each time I was very happy with her kind attitude and professional service.

Employees like Azita create a very positive impression of the store. It would be wonderful if management recognized her work and rewarded her, including financially if possible.

If all sales associates were like Azita, customers would always leave happy. Thank you very much, Azita, for your kindness, attentiveness, and excellent service!”

“Tarzana Village Walk- Nordstrom Rack

I had an exceptional experience thanks to Saul and Luna. They truly went above and beyond to help me find a dress, even bringing a scanning device to locate it. Their patience, dedication, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience feel personal and thoughtful. This level of service is rare, and I’m very grateful.

Thank you,
Alexandra (Ela)”
