“My car had a constant check engine light for about a year and I needed a smog check to renew my plates.
After checking the error code it looked it was two sensors that were causing the issue so I figured it would be an easy fix.
I went to a highly rated shop in Murrieta and they told me the problem was out of their scope since it was most likely electrical or the transmission - dead end.
They recommended I basically start looking for a new car implying this one was a goner, or that I go to the dealership.
I went to the dealership and after paying an exorbitant diagnostic fee was told it would be about $5k to repair.
Thankfully, I found Consult-A-Tech online through Google Reviews, called them and they told me to bring in my car the next morning.
They ran the diagnostic and told me the sensors were the problem and they would replace them. The total cost to fix was literally less than the dealership diagnostic fee.
This was close to 3 months ago, and the check engine light has not turned on since then and I passed my smog check.
Funny how the two prior auto repair shops were telling me my car was a goner or it would be an insane amount to fix...
My only regret was not going to Consult-A-Tech first, but now I'm happy to have found a local car repair shop I trust - thank you!”

“I cant say enough about Frankies Customer Service. They go above and beyond. My car is in for a alignment and brakes (rotors) and would be a 3 hour wait . “Hands down, the best shop for basic car maintenance (belts, tires, brakes and fluids) in the area. Furthermore, this location is the best Firestone complete auto care that I've ever been to in all of Southern California. They're friendly and understanding, provide quality work, and their techs work quickly to help get you on your way. If you take advantage of their service specials and credit program, paying for pricier repairs can be deferred with 0 percent interest for 6 months.
I'm not normally a proponent of online accounts for a car repair shop but having an online account helps you keep track of your Maintenance needs and their online appointment scheduler. Seriously, a great shop.”

“We had an unfortunate piece of something puncture our front tire and had our car towed to Firestone Temecula at 11pm. Used the early drop off box and received a call from Cayl who had the shop all to himself on New Years Eve of all days… He jumped on it early and had our two new Firestone tires there, the work completed and car picked up before they closed for the night. Thank you so much to him and his crew for knocking it out and making us feel safe again! This is the fourth car we have taken to our Firestone and we have always been happy with their service. “100% will use 4 Wheel Parts Temecula again! I have been shopping around for a mechanics shop to replace my 2013 F250 Body mounts for 3-4 months. Additionally, wanted the S&B body mounts which they were able to get with zero up charge, same pricing I could get them online. They were 100% upfront and honest with the quote for labor. Doing my own research I found out, depending on the condition of the through bolts the job per the book is about 5 hours but could be well over double that time. They quoted me for 5 hours and informed about the potential of taking them longer. This is a known issue for this F250. They did the job as quoted with zero issues! I paid what was quoted and I am extremely satisfied!
The S&B body mounts are amazing! Reduced road noise, vibrations, and the truck sits level with the cab and bed level and aligned!
