Stellar customer service. I was having a difficult time with the shoes I had been trying on and Brianna helped me unbuckle and buckle the shoes for quite some time. She also happily brought me a smaller pair when the first didn't fit right.

Long time customer, excellent service. I’m looking at the bottom reviews, their policy on the receipt says “Merchandise in New Condition with original receipt can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 365 days” meaning can not be worn. I’m surprised people don’t look at policies before reviewing.
