“I called the store to see if they carried Size 4X, spoke to a really nice girl. She said yes and even gave me descriptions of some of the shirts they had. We drove down there from Vista, Ca. Walked in and first employee I saw asked where their 4X shirts would be? She said, oh are you the lady that called. I said yes, she said hi I’m Erika, I spoke to you. Immediately she started to show me different shirts. Very helpful to us! We purchased two shirts for a friends birthday gift. That size is hard to find at stores, so we were very grateful to find something. Definitely going back. Great job Erika!”
“I came here on 11/20 because I needed a king box spring for my new bed. Mor outlet was ridiculously overpriced. I found two twin xl box springs for $72 each. There was a recycling fee but I got out under $200 vs the $350 plus Mor wanted. I loaded them in the back of my CX 5. The guy gave me twine to hold my trunk closed and it worked well to get me home.”
“Stopped in here for some work shoes for my daughter. We had a discount and we were looking for something very specific. All leather black shoes. We found a pair and when we got to register, gentleman let us know it was not covered under discount. He advised us where to look. We went to the back and started searching. He was so very kind to let us know what is similar to our original choice and assisted with finding exact size. I wish I got his name because he was very friendly and helpful. We were happy with our purchase and had a great experience here.”

“I had purchased some expensive shoes at the Temecula location a few months back. After only wearing them 4-5 times the back was already ripping. I went into the store twice and Don was there on both occasions. He was friendly, helpful and saved me from having to return my shoes back to Birkenstock to be repaired.”

He was incredibly patient and helpful in processing some returns when we realized we purchased incompatible items. He even called around to find out if the other stores had boots in the size I needed and was able to get them to the store within just a few days. He went above and beyond in every way and we couldn’t be more grateful for his help!”

“I practice military law & was looking for a specific model of sunglasses by the brand Dolce & Gabbana. Unfortunately, the item is exclusive & limited in stock. The purchase is for my fiance, who is a Combat veteran in the Marine Corp. I was willing to drive over an hour to make the purchase. I called Lake Elsinore & spoke with GABRIEL. Unfortunately, upon inspection, he detected damages. If Gabriel hadn't taken the time to polish the item, I would've wasted a trip. Not only did he, advise me to make sure the store associates inspect & polish this item, but he guided me to contact 3 other locations that have the glasses in stock. I was impressed when he offered an alternate brand that carries similar sunglasses but in a variety of different colors by Rayban. He taught me how to choose and configure the correct size of sunglasses as well!! GABRIEL is the most most professional high-class service I've received in 20 years. Im originally from Europe & my standards are extremely high. I'm an avid buyer of luxury high-end brands from France & Italy. Thank you, Gabriel, for providing such outstanding service. You are truly a GOLD star!!”

I’m looking at the bottom reviews, their policy on the receipt says “Merchandise in New Condition with original receipt can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 365 days” meaning can not be worn. I’m surprised people don’t look at policies before reviewing.”

“I went to this Foot Locker in spite of its low rating. All the reviews are old anyway so I wanted to give them a shot. I needed a pair of Pickleball shoes and Mason helped me out. He provided me great service while giving me options. When he brought out the shoes I was interim he also brought out another pair in another color. He says that I might like to consider another color. He was right by and I purchased the pair he recommended. I'll be back here for my next pair of shoes!!!”
