“I came here yesterday evening because my previous provider suddenly stopped accepting my card as payment and mysteriously deactivated my phone number and account. I was helped by Leo and another gentleman. Leo was incredibly patient and helpful with helping transfer my phone number over to a new Verizon plan, even though it took well over an hour to tangle with my old service provider. I wasn't expecting to be met with such patience and kindness, but it made what was a very stressful situation into one that left me glad that I had stopped by to get it fixed. Definitely would recommend if you find yourself in a sudden service jam like I did!”

“This Verizon store is highly recommended! Kylie is very professional, knowlegeable, patient and nice. She took time to explain about the problems I am having with my phone and handled it professionally. She goes above and beyond in resolving the issues of my phone. Kylie also ensured I received all the benifits-promos being offered by Verizon. It was one of the most positive customer service experiences I had. This is an awesome Verizon Store.”

“We went in to purchase new iPhones. Mine was available but my husband’s was not, it was going to be shipped to us. Marcus made the whole process effortless, even went through our phone plan to make it more cost efficient. When we received our other phone, Jennifer assisted us in a smooth transfer from one phone to the other. Our overall experience with this store was stellar”

“We visited the ATT store in the Promenade mall of Temecula California yesterday. It was a great experience because the personnel were so attentive and professional. We have been AT&T customers for at least two decades and this store was the best ATT store that we have ever visited. They promptly took care of my phone problem and we were on our way in the shortest time possible. Great experience because of great people.”

“Gabby is a customer service MVP. Two years ago, she told me to get a phone case. I didn’t think much of it at the time because the cases they had were a bit expensive, but not even a month later—I dropped my phone and cracked the screen and camera. I should’ve listened to her the first time. Using that phone after it cracked was a pain. Blurry emails and blurry photos. Hard lesson, hard learned. Last week, I had to run an errand out in Temecula, so I stopped by the store. Gabby was there—same energy as before. Kind. Professional. Down-to-earth. She helped me upgrade my phone when my local Boost didn’t want to honor the deals I was getting in my email. She made sure I got the right phone at the right price—no pressure, no attitude, just solid service. She even gave me an honest time estimate for the data transfer, so I went next door and got a great hair cut at a great price too. I drove out of that shopping center feeling like a million bucks. Clean hair and clean phone for very reasonable prices. Then yesterday, I called her about a whole different situation—trying to recover my old phone number. No benefit to her, no sale involved. Still, she took the time to walk me through what I needed to do. That’s character. People like Gabby make all the difference. Hardworking, respectful, knowledgeable, and not just trying to make a quick buck—she cares. In a world where folks just try to sell you stuff or rush you out the door, Gabby’s different. That kind of help stays with you. Thanks, Gabby. You’re appreciated. If you’re ever near Temecula and need phone help, ask for Gabby. Trust me—she’s the real deal.”

“My rep Khalid was amazing! I appreciate his attention to detail and his patience. It took quite a few hours to complete the transfer of information, including my 24,000 photos and videos. His supervisor Justin was always accessible when he had questions or concerns he could not answer himself. I live in Moreno Valley but will drive to Temecula EVERYTIME simply based off of the customer service I recieved. I LOVE THIS STORE!”

“I don’t usually write a review but when I get great service, and I get more than I expected, versus other retail stores, I want to make sure the credit is granted. I was extremely pleased with the support Anthony provided. Very polite, very well educated of the service provided and he made us feel comfortable with our purchase. I will indeed recommend this store to all of my friends as I have done in the past.”

“Great location! This location is pretty standard compared to other Targets. They have the same items and place the seasonal items near the front. The workers that we encountered were really nice and helpful. We got free food samples during our trip and it was so delicious! The prices are decent and fall all the lines of other places. This location also has rare items that are usually out of stock at other places! We'll definitely be coming back!”
