“I came here yesterday evening because my previous provider suddenly stopped accepting my card as payment and mysteriously deactivated my phone number and account. I was helped by Leo and another gentleman. Leo was incredibly patient and helpful with helping transfer my phone number over to a new Verizon plan, even though it took well over an hour to tangle with my old service provider.
I wasn't expecting to be met with such patience and kindness, but it made what was a very stressful situation into one that left me glad that I had stopped by to get it fixed. Definitely would recommend if you find yourself in a sudden service jam like I did!”

Two years ago, she told me to get a phone case. I didn’t think much of it at the time because the cases they had were a bit expensive, but not even a month later—I dropped my phone and cracked the screen and camera. I should’ve listened to her the first time. Using that phone after it cracked was a pain. Blurry emails and blurry photos. Hard lesson, hard learned.
Last week, I had to run an errand out in Temecula, so I stopped by the store. Gabby was there—same energy as before. Kind. Professional. Down-to-earth. She helped me upgrade my phone when my local Boost didn’t want to honor the deals I was getting in my email. She made sure I got the right phone at the right price—no pressure, no attitude, just solid service. She even gave me an honest time estimate for the data transfer, so I went next door and got a great hair cut at a great price too. I drove out of that shopping center feeling like a million bucks. Clean hair and clean phone for very reasonable prices.
Then yesterday, I called her about a whole different situation—trying to recover my old phone number. No benefit to her, no sale involved. Still, she took the time to walk me through what I needed to do. That’s character.
People like Gabby make all the difference. Hardworking, respectful, knowledgeable, and not just trying to make a quick buck—she cares. In a world where folks just try to sell you stuff or rush you out the door, Gabby’s different. That kind of help stays with you.
