“My Grandmother and I recently moved to Kingman, Arizona from Canyon Lake, CA. We called so many different movers and stressed out about it for months. Finally, we found Ruff And Ready Moving. First, I spoke to a gentleman named Shane. He was very kind and very knowledgeable as well as helpful. He personally came to our home at the time to actually look at our things to give us a proper estimate. After all of the calls that we made, this company was the FIRST and ONLY one that came to the house to give us a proper estimate. At first, it was a little bit more than we could spend at the time, so I continued my search. I did find one other company that gave us a decent quote, BUT they didn't come to our home, and they were a little too far away, so when Shane called us back to follow up, I let him know about the quote that we got from the other company, and he was actually able to MATCH IT!! We were so happy about that because we really wanted this company to move us. We felt the most comfortable with them.

Once we set up the date for pick up and everything, I needed to find out a little bit more information. I had to see when the drop off would be, so they put me in touch with our driver, Jeremy. He was able to work it out to where we would get our things the very next day! So, when moving day came, we met Jeremy and his crew. I have to say, they were so efficient and so kind. They were also so very patient with us as my Grandmother is 95 years old. They were also on time BOTH days! Yes, the same crew unloaded the next day! These men went above and beyond! We had a broken leg on our guest room night stand, and they fixed it for us! Not only that, but when we told them that we wanted to get rid of an extra mattress that we had, as well as my old computer, they took BOTH of those items and got rid of them for us! We couldn't believe it! I have never in my life had such an amazing moving crew! I highly recommend Jeremy's crew at Ruff And Ready Moving! Amazing customer service AND moving crew! That is completely unheard of these days in my opinion! Thank you so much again guys!! I will most definitely be and already have recommending that crew to everybody that I know!!
