“We just booked our storage unit today, and the customer service so far has been absolutely outstanding. Akeel (I believe that was his name) was so professional, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. We’re currently in between houses, which has been one of the most stressful seasons of our lives, so having someone make this process feel easy and positive was incredibly refreshing. Customer service like this is very rare these days. Thank you, Akeel, for going above and beyond. We truly appreciate it!”

“This might be the first review I’ve ever written. I was motivated to write it because my experience with this company and Ashley in particular was so good. I just moved my RV from a company that was starting to gouge me for my monthly storage fee and found Greens Facility. I ended up with a space nicer than what I just left and it was less than half the cost of my previous storage facility. Couldn’t be happier thanks again.”

“An unexpected life event happened and we needed a storage unit to put my mother in law’s household goods. I called around and discovered how expensive it was to rent storage space. But then I found StorAmerica and Andrew. I took advantage of one of their special offers, buy two months get two months free which suited our needs to a T. Andrew was professional and courteous. He listened to my needs and provided the best cost effective solution for me. BIG Up’s to Andrew and StorAmerica!”

“The facility is Quite nice with condition space. The staff that I dealt with was a very accommodating and friendly as well. Two things to mention that I think would be more appealing and in some cases necessary. One would be the restrooms are locked. I believe there is one that I have found so far, but it was locked every day that I’ve been there so far so take that into consideration when you’re moving, you can spend quite a few hours at a facility moving your things and especially when they’re interior units and not drive ups. The second is the hours to access your unit are 6 AM to 10 PM. So in the event, you find yourself at 9:50 and you’ve still got things to get in or out of your unit, when the clock hits 10 PM And you were not outside of the gates, a penalty Is assessed. The first being $150 fine the second being 300 and the third time is the third strike and you are asked to vacate your unit. Most facilities allow 24 hour access to your property with close circuit television cameras all over you would think that would be a strong enough security measure.”

“It was very easy to get a quote online, and the pre-move communication via email was excellent. Sometimes moves do not go as smoothly as hoped. It was Jet Moving and Storage' excellent customer service that earns them 5 stars. The 3 movers showed up early and worked very quickly and efficiently. In that haste, some items were damaged and I offered that feedback in the follow-up survey. I quickly received a call from the company offering to discount my move and send a furniture repair person, out to make furniture repairs. I even had a last minute change to the destination (originally everything was going into storage but I ended up finding an apartment just in time), and the professionalism and patience from the entire Jet Moving team through this change was excellent. The price was also incredibly fair, worth every penny for their first-rate and professional work and incredibly pleasant dispositions, just a really great group of guys!”

“My family and I have been storing our trailer here for years now, it is my absolute pleasure to say that the owner of this facility takes pride and joy into making sure that your trailers/boats etc are well taken care of . I have never once had ANY issue or concern with leaving my trailer there . The owner even moved us to another convenient spot when it became available so it would be easier to pull and back our trailer in . They are very understanding and considerate. I could not imagine having a better experience anywhere else. Super awesome !!!”

“My Grandmother and I recently moved to Kingman, Arizona from Canyon Lake, CA. We called so many different movers and stressed out about it for months. Finally, we found Ruff And Ready Moving. First, I spoke to a gentleman named Shane. He was very kind and very knowledgeable as well as helpful. He personally came to our home at the time to actually look at our things to give us a proper estimate. After all of the calls that we made, this company was the FIRST and ONLY one that came to the house to give us a proper estimate. At first, it was a little bit more than we could spend at the time, so I continued my search. I did find one other company that gave us a decent quote, BUT they didn't come to our home, and they were a little too far away, so when Shane called us back to follow up, I let him know about the quote that we got from the other company, and he was actually able to MATCH IT!! We were so happy about that because we really wanted this company to move us. We felt the most comfortable with them. Once we set up the date for pick up and everything, I needed to find out a little bit more information. I had to see when the drop off would be, so they put me in touch with our driver, Jeremy. He was able to work it out to where we would get our things the very next day! So, when moving day came, we met Jeremy and his crew. I have to say, they were so efficient and so kind. They were also so very patient with us as my Grandmother is 95 years old. They were also on time BOTH days! Yes, the same crew unloaded the next day! These men went above and beyond! We had a broken leg on our guest room night stand, and they fixed it for us! Not only that, but when we told them that we wanted to get rid of an extra mattress that we had, as well as my old computer, they took BOTH of those items and got rid of them for us! We couldn't believe it! I have never in my life had such an amazing moving crew! I highly recommend Jeremy's crew at Ruff And Ready Moving! Amazing customer service AND moving crew! That is completely unheard of these days in my opinion! Thank you so much again guys!! I will most definitely be and already have recommending that crew to everybody that I know!! Thank you so much again!!”
