My mother often repeats questions due to her hearing impairment, requiring people to be especially patient when assisting her. Vicky demonstrated remarkable patience and kindness throughout the entire process and it was evident that she is a compassionate and respectful individual, likely with a deep understanding and appreciation for her own parents/elders. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Vicky, as we had encountered a few employees at other banks who were unnecessarily impolite to my mother just prior to our visit.
