“I was looking for Traeger turkey blend pallets at 6:30pm on a Wednesday evening by the time arrived to the store it had just locked its doors but Ryan saw me and let me in to get my pallets and was nice as well as the cashier Priscilla. I am blown away with the service and the kindness. Neither of them knew me and could have easily said sorry we are closed but instead they helped me. Saved my Christmas dinner since I live in Blythe which is an hour and a half drive away. I’ll gladly be back to shop here again”

“Went in yesterday with a tiny scrap of paint chip in hopes they could figure out what color it was (walls at work, painted over 7 years ago) the woman at the counter, Reyna was fantastic. She helped several people at one time while giving great customer service to each of us. She offered me a couple different colors to try since the paint on my walls have been there with a lot of sunlight and unknown original color name. All staff I interacted with were great, but Reyna was by far the best customer service i have accoutned at any business in a whie!”

“So I was going through this thing with the fridge I had kind of a nightmare and then we got a hold of these two ladies Lola at Frigidaire and Angela at home Depot and they want above and beyond to help me out see I have cancer and it's terminal in times have been hard so a friend of mine wrote this who worked with both of those people Tori so I'm going to paste it here I'm super glad I could help but the real MVP was the Frigidaire lady her mother passed from cancer 4 yrs ago and she was crying on the phone when we hung up bc she was going to do everything in her power to have a new fridge to Mac no matter if she had to drive it herself it seemed. So thank you Lola from Frigidaire and Angela from home Depot for staying on top of the emails to keep it all flowing so great once it started Angela have you see this and Lola thank you You took such a weight off my shoulders What amazing customer service when you talk to the right people thank you.”

“Recently went to Home Depot on Jackson in Indio. Walked over to self-checkout area and a young girl saw the "Help" look on my face . She asked how she could help. I explained I needed two new batteries for my car fobs and counldn't open either one to replace the batteries. She opened both immediaitely, walked me over to batteries, installed both, walked me to self-checkout, stayed till i paid-took all of 12 minutes!!! “Camping near Joshua tree , came all the way down to Indio to try and find a hook up for my backpacking grill. Couldn't find one as it's a weird mix of propane and butane. No one had it or a adapter to use. But they tried there damm hardest and hooked me up with a charcoal grill and some charcoal to save the day. Angela and her friend joe saved the day. Didn't want us all to go hungry!”

She has helped me twice now and both times it was for a replacement of my product under warranty and not once did she treat me any different than if I was a customer making a purchase.
