“Marko Glusac, the local Thousand Oaks Citibank mortgage broker. Marko just finished refinancing my home loan. Due to unavoidable financial events of the last 4 years, I am a tough REFI, even though my FICO is in the lower to middle 800 figure. About as good as it can get. In other words I have a spotless record going back decades. However, the underwriter absolutely refused to clear the loan. As with all underwriters, they are scared of their shadow. At the same time, Marko refused to take it off of the "books" until the underwriter okayed the loan. He never gave up. He won, which means, I won also. The loan was approved. Marko is truly one of the best, if not the best loan agent that i have ever run across.”

“Have used these guys for decades, but stopped using for checking decades ago when the fees grew. However, have affected deposit box here for decades and have always had good service when I needed to get to box. Also, the tellers have been great and friendly. Get small company checks from a Wells Fargo in another state and they have always been no issue in cashing in California - I usually remote deposit in Bank of America. They do not put more than next day holds on these routine checks even when for large amounts.”
