Renting a car with them here has been pretty good experiences. In the most recent one, I did the pre-checking for a faster pickup. Wasn't sure how that would work, but I found myself walking into the office and driving away with the rental car in 3 minutes! Btw, the guy named Luke was pretty cool and helpful.

Easy check in and check out. Reasonable debit card policy. They had cars for a last minute need. Avis did not.

I was in and out of the Enterprise car rental in Thousand Oaks, this was my first time picking up from there and I was pleased with how quickly the process was!
