“My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Johnny to get a new SubZero refrigerator after our less than 10 year old Kitchen Aid but the dust. From the minute we stepped foot in the store Johnny was SO helpful and knowledgeable about our options and was able to field a lot of questions we had about different models. We purchased our fridge on the spot and had delivery set up within the week. Once we got home we realized we had mis-measured our space and we called Johnny back who immediately cancelled our order and re-submitted one for the right size fridge. Our new fridge is now happily humming along and we have been telling everyone we know to go to Pacific Sales for any appliances they need. We will absolutely be back in the future!”

After just one phone call, Staci from the Thousand Oaks store had my confidence. She was attentive to and interested in our design, talked to the carpenter in their factory for us, and helped us develop our ideas over several weeks. She was so patient and supportive, and she really helps you look through all the fabric swatches. The store is amazing, holds many excellent models of what Sofa U Love is capable of, and Staci gives excellent and personalized cooperating service. “Visited this home decor store and had a great experience overall, giving it a solid 5 stars. The ambiance is delightful, with a diverse range of stylish and unique items that caught my eye. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions without being too pushy. The quality of the products is impressive, and the prices are reasonable for the value you receive. The store layout is well organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. My only slight reservation is that the checkout process took a bit longer than expected. Nevertheless, I left with some fantastic pieces that added a touch of elegance to my home. Definitely recommend checking it out for quality home decor options.”
“Excellent warranty service by Donna Shaver. Purchased Brown Jordan swivel loungers and ottomans in 2017. Both chairs broke at center post. Donna went above and beyond to get them replaced by manufacturer. Excellent service!”
“I walked into Arhaus determined just to look around when Monique approached immediately like she’s been waiting for this very moment all week. I told her “I’m just looking.” and came back with “Of course, of course. That’s exactly what people say right before they fall in love our sectional sofa.” I found that pretty cheesy but I appreciated the creativity and confessed how I like suntanning but hate the cheap ones the hotels provide when I’m on my vacations. After five minutes, I’m somehow sitting on a white chaise lounge, sipping bottled water I don’t remember accepting, while she explains how it’s “ergonomically designed to support dramatic fainting.” My wife thought that was hilarious when I told her about it later. I’m not a fainter but when she told me it was on sale too, I just might have. It was a solid enough experience to make a writer out of me.”
“I don't have pictures because I was busy shopping, but I love this store at the Thousand Oaks location. The people who work here have been incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to make you feel like it's your home away from home. I would camp out here if they let me. “We have been looking and pricing mattresses for a while now. We usually buy from Ikea because this is a guest room but we decided to upgrade this mattress. I just dropped in after work and was greeted by the most friendliness person (Rob) who is also the general manager. He is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful. He gave me a great deal! I highly recommend this place!”
