I was there to complain about the bed that I bought 12 years ago and it kept on deflating on me never to buy a Sleep Number bed again. But why is waiting to talk to him and his processing my complaint I saw it on a very, very comfortable bed and Greg not only discussed the situation with me, but I ended up buying the bed that I sat on, we took delivery the bed last Friday and I have to tell you it’s the best sleep I’ve ever had in my life. My wife loves it. It’s the right height for everything. I don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore and my hips and my legs and my joints feel a lot better with this bed and I can’t take Greg enough for his patience with dealing with me and turned my frown upside down and I’m very very happy.”
